Lorenzo and his team were professional, efficient, and courteous. They never stopped working and the made a difficult day more bearable. We enjoyed working with them and really did their best to take care of everything.

To say The ProMovers go above and beyond would be an understatement. With very little lead time, I had to move the contents of my one bedroom Brooklyn apt into a storage unit in East Brunswick, NJ and I'm so glad I went with The ProMovers! My apt was not the ideal move. I could be hot and cramped in part. I have 12 pieces of large furniture, some very delicate and/or heavy, 25 boxes and other various items. Finally, I could only move on a Sunday. I requested estimates from approx. 15 different moving companies and by far the best and most prompt was from The ProMovers. Due to my estimate of time (I booked for 4 hours and through no fault of Lorenzo and his team, the move took 5) the final cost was understandably higher but still beyond reasonable and affordable where movers are concerned. Beyond the financial, we all fear that movers will treat our belongings carelessly however, upon speaking with and observing the work Lorenzo and his team performed, all fears were quickly cast aside! The care, skill and respect the team took with each and every item is exactly what we all hope for when hiring movers. They even helped me figure out an efficient and accessible layout for my storage unit so that I can easily access my belongs while they're stored away. Lorenzo, Jackie and their staff are amazing and I cannot recommend The ProMovers enough! You will not regret hiring The ProMovers!

Lorenzo's team was by far THE BEST team of movers I've had in my 10+ years in NYC/LIC area. From booking, deposit, moving day, all communications were kept in clear and professional manner.. the Team showed up right on time (9am on the dot) and kept working through the pile of stuff from start to finish - I was charged by the hour and I was truly impressed with how hard the team worked. Great teamwork between Lorenzo, Will, Rory, and Jacob - supporting each other and made sure my stuff got moved efficiently and swiftly without damaging anything. The move was from Long Island to Westchester, INCLUDING ~1hr of travel time, they finished the entire move in 3HRS!!! (2+BR worth of furniture and many mid/large boxes, laundry bags).

So on June 22nd I moved and I was a nervous wreck. First I wanna start by saying I've never used a moving company before so my anxiety was through the roof. But these guys were amazing. They showed up early(always a good sign). They took their time and disassembled what they needed to. Carefully wrapped my things and loaded them onto the truck. Throughout the whole process they were nice and respectful. Which was a plus because being a female and having 3 strange men in your home in control of your possessions puts you in a vulnerable space. But I felt at ease and Lorenzo kept his word which was that he would take care of me, and he did. I'd def use this company in the future and I'll def recommend them. Thanks Lorenzo you're the best!!!

Lorenzo and his team were amazing! Showed up incredibly promptly, carried everything out efficiently, and took it across town from uptown Manhattan to Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn without a hitch, and in the midst of a pandemic no less. Despite my millions of boxes and last minute requests to add another drop-off, this was all done within a few hours, seamlessly. They're also extremely kind and professional and Lorenzo always responded to my questions very quickly. Definitely will use them for my next move and would recommend to any friends

This moving company is amazing!! Having a long distance move of 3+ hours I was in need of movers! The staff was super efficient and thorough in packing my belongings safety. The communication from the staff before my move and during the moving day was amazing. I highly recommend the pro movers for anyone moving close or long distance!!!

Lorenzo is an amazing mover ! I have used his services twice!! He arrives on time and is so reliable ! He made sure all of my items were wrapped carefully and took care of all my fragile items ! He dissembled and assembled everything and was so helpful to even take more than what i initially asked for help with. He took his time and even helped me move a huge couch that couldn’t fit out the door! Instead of him getting annoyed, he spent almost an hour trying to figure out ways to get it out and into my new home, he finally got it out and did not complain once ! I highly recommend him and his team to get the job done !

I have moved 8 times in NYC and this is the first time nothing broke! Lorenzo and his team are perfect. They are efficient, affordable, strong, friendly, and also CALM. Which was really nice to be around on a day filled with anxiety. They took apart my bed and reassembled it at the new place. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

3rd time user of Lorenzo's service. He's really a great fellow and nice, fast, professional, personable, honest, etc. Much better and honest than the competition. I think he's grown his moving truck fleet, has coverage all along the eastern seaboard, and can do international moves also. Lorenzo trains up his crew to really look out for, and care about, the customer.

These guys came and helped me move out of my Brooklyn apartment on 3 hours notice. They were extremely respectful to me and my belongings and they helped my load my U-Haul truck in under 2 hours. Lorenzo is very friendly and personable and is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs help with a relocation. Great job.

Lorenzo was very communicative as soon as I requested a quote. He gave me a competitive quote and his team arrived early the morning of my move. They worked hard and took great care of my belongings. I would recommend Lorenzo/Pro Movers if you need moving service in the NY/Tristate area.

I don't usually do reviews but this was an exception. My wife convinces me to use professional Movers opposed to doing everything by ourselves. I'm so glad I listen to her. Lorenzo and his crew are not only courteous, they are beyond accommodating. They waited for us since we hit horrible traffic but most of all they move very militant. I mean they are super fast and efficient. They're not throwing your stuff any and everywhere, they ask you how and where you want everything and they do it super fast. A+. I booked ProMovers for last Sunday and wow...what an incredible team of kind, hardworking, upright folks! From the initial booking to the big day, ProMovers were seriously professional--communicative, organized, and true masters in the art of moving. Plus, among the quotes I received, they were the only ones who initially offered 4 men and at a really great hourly rate. I was nervous about finding the right movers because I knew my move would be quite the challenge...5 story walk-up with many heavy boxes and furniture, fragile and oddly shaped items, 2 separate furniture pickups--all stairs and no elevators...but ProMovers took it all in stride and went above and beyond to deliver everything in perfect condition, working together seamlessly and clocking in at the exact number of hours quoted--all while staying friendly and upbeat! When they arrived exactly on time, I was behind on packing and ready to call it a day but Lorenzo assured me that they could get it all done so they stepped up and did just that. They truly saved the day! These guys actually care which is why they keep their customers loyal so book ahead for peak moving dates, respect them for their expertise, and support this local family-run business! My boyfriend and I moved on Sunday, 3/29. We had intended to move on the 28th, but had a couple of complications and had to push the date back. Lorenzo took care of this with no additional fee. Lorenzo and his crew were exceptional! We had a lot of sensitive items and they took extra care to make sure there was no damage. The movers worked fast and in sync with each other. I had asked for quotes from 4 other places and Lorenzo beat all of them. I would highly recommend Lorenzo and his crew to anyone in need of a move.
