We moved out of state and our moving team hit traffic snags twice that slowed them down; meaning they would work late into the evening and get home even later. Still, after a long and stressful day they stuck the landing with absolute grace and good humor. Positive, meticulous and thoughtful to the end.

Lorenzo, Angel, and Jacob were an amazing team today! They took great care of my late grandmother's display cabinet. It was a solid, massive, piece of furniture and they got it through our narrow railroad apartment and down to the first floor with zero damage. It was done quickly, but with great care and respect. I would call these guys again for any moving or junk hauling needs. Also, can't beat the price, professionalism, and the clear communication!

The guys were very professional, carefully wrapping everything in blankets and handling our boxes with extra care.
They did the job as fast as possible with our slow elevator and even got to or new place before we did.
They did an amazing job rotating the furniture at crazy angles so they fit through the door without disassembly.

Overall, they made the moving process smooth and without any headache.

Lorenzo and his crew are fantastic. Super professional and had a local move done in less than 2 hours. They take the time to wrap all the furniture in protective blankets, and can maneuver large furniture through small NYC spaces like no other. The guys even helped set up the living room a bit and gave some good ideas on where to place furniture. Overall a 10/10 experience. If you’re moving I HIGHLY recommend ProMovers!

Lorenzo and his team helped us move to our new apartment this weekend in Brooklyn. They did an amazing job, incredibly diligent and hardworking helping with wardrobe and glassware packing and disassembly of beds/sofabeds and reassembly of them. Best movers I've had in NYC (moved 4 times) and made the move as stress-free as possible.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of moving apartments this past weekend with the massive help of Lorenzo and his team. They are extremely hardworking, efficient, and very thorough. They diligently assisted us with packing last-minute items and dishes/glasswear the morning of our move. Lorenzo and his team are also equipped with oversized foam-lined cases for tv's and mirrors, which came in handy. Everything arrived at the new apartment snugly and without a scratch. They are also reasonable with pricing. Would highly recommend to anyone and would use their services again for our next move!

Lorenzo and his crew were very professional yet friendly. They were very patient and careful, yet fast. They were super strong. One part of my cat's "tree" did get broken off, but they fixed it. It's probably more secure now than it was before. They set up the main pieces in our bedroom, kitchen and living room, basically helping us decide on how to best design them! Who does that?! ProMovers do. Lastly, they were very fair with their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving.

The best & most affordable moving service in NYC & Queens!! Lorenzo from The ProMovers helped us move from Astoria and it was a fantastic experience. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture. They arrived promptly and prepared. They also disassembled and reassembled our bed which was very helpful. Do not hesitate to use this company for all local NYC moving needs.

Lorenzo and Rory moved a piano down from a fourth floor walk up and then over to my apartment. Really meticulous and thorough work, with the piano working perfectly and in exactly the same condition as it started. Awesome dudes who were also super friendly and with great taste in music.
