This company is unprofessional, one of the workers showed up drunk to the premises I had to call law enforcement to remove him off the premises. When I alerted FLockz management nothing was done.

I was in need of a deep clean of a group space that had been neglected for a long time, even before the pandemic. I'm not a building manager and it was my first time trying to hire someone to clean our meeting room. Flockz Commercial Cleaning Service, with Ernesta at the helm, did a wonderful job. She met me at our location to discuss what we needed, delivered a professional estimate that day in PDF form listing the cleaning tasks we had agreed to, and was available immediately by text and phone to answer a few questions I had. She sent an invoice which I was easily able to pay with a credit card online through Intuit's QuickBooks pay portal. When I arrived for a walk through at the end of the day, she asked me repeatedly if there was anything else that she and her team could do to meet my expectations. The place looked fantastic; Flockz worked really hard to eliminate the accumulated dirt and grime of many months. I highly recommend.
