Working with Jarred was fantastic! He was responsive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I used JL Cleaners to clean a rug I purchased second hand, and I felt the pricing was very fair, which not only included the cleaning but also pick up, delivery and installation of the rug. This is the best service I’ve experienced in a while.

Found JL online, reached out, and they were very nice, very professional, gave me a fair mattress cleaning quote, no pressure. I got back to them about a week later, good to go, they scheduled me for the following day, no hassle. Once the job was booked, I got a text message, communication was really good. Guys came to do the job on time, very polite professional, put on shoe covers, and did a good job. Highly recommend.

We were recommended this business by multiple locals from a neighborhood Facebook group. I brought Jared my great grandmothers 100 year old Persian rug that my grandmother kept dusty in her basement for over 50 years. Jared and his team restored the fringe on the rug and gave her a long awaited wash. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Even the cat approves. I wish we had more rugs to bring to Jared!

From start to finish, this experience was a perfect one. Jarred gave me a fair estimate and came to my apartment himself to clean a few really dog-stained rugs. I bought a nice old Persian rug at an estate sale, but it had old rug pad remnants stuck all over the back. I contacted JL Carpet and Upholstery via their website form, and they quickly got back to me to provide a quote. The rug took about 2 weeks to come back and it was beautiful! They were very professional. One guy came to clean two small and two medium sized rooms. The carpets are over 10 years old and they were able to clean them well. Price was reasonable and company accommodating to put needs.
