Quick response, easy to schedule and overall great service. JL Carpet removed our large rug for cleaning offsite, we were very pleased with the results despite many pet stains, would recommend!

The 5 star reviews are well deserved! Fairly priced, arrived right on time, and finished within an hour and a half. The couch looks great and the guy was sooooo nice. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any deep cleaning needs in the future!

I had excellent friendly service. J&LCarpet worked hard at getting the stains out. I have used this service annually for in house cleaning but i definitely see a better result by sending the carpet out for factory cleaning. Charles who came back either the carpet was very helpful lining it up to the floor and moving my furniture around a few times. I appreciated the respect and good work!

My Couch Is less then 3 years old but is currently pulling double duty with a 3 year old and a one year old Human Babies and One Dog Baby and One Cat Baby and aside from stains and smells the couch is in perfect shape yet we still considered buying a new couch until someone recommended j.l .Carpet They scheduled an appointment and assured me that they will do everything to salvage the couch and buy me another few years the scheduling process was easy enough , when the day came they showed up on time and were very professional and efficient while not rushing the technician took apart the couch and spent what seemed like a long time on each cushion and pillow but once he was done the proof was in the pudding ( or the brown waste water full of crumbs dog hair and whatever the couch has soaked up over the last few busy years on babies , he then gave me clear instructions on how to properly allow the couch to dry properly and best of all the price was more then Fair … from now on this couch will be getting thr j&l Treatment every six months. Ps I have a large 10x10 L Couch .

Charles was amazing and very patient, because this is an old brownstone building the breaker was trip and the electricity went out we still had power in the hallway and Charles used the outlet to continue the job. He was very understanding and patient. I would recommend these cleaners to everyone. I plan on using them again not at this location lol

JL Carpet & Upholstery was fantastic! They picked my carpet up, expertly cleaned it, and then brought it to my new unit a week later. It honestly looks brand new at this point! We’re really happy with the service, not to mention all communication was seamless and friendly! Highly recommend!

I had these two rugs. One was small, kitchen-variety, hand made in Portugal—served loyally underfoot during many a toast-buttering. The other, big and silk, the kind of rug that seems like it might sigh if you stepped on it wrong. I loved them both, in different ways.

Enter Jared, the owner of JL Carpet. A real person-person. The kind of guy who, when he says, “We’ll take care of it,” you believe him.

Anyway, they picked up the rugs. I missed them. Two weeks went by. Then boom—rugs returned. Cleaned. Revived. My big silk one especially—it looked like it had just emerged from some spiritual retreat, lighter, freer, more itself. I half expected it to whisper “namaste” as I unrolled it.

So yes: highly recommend. If you’ve got a rug you care about, like truly care about, JL Carpet is where you want to send it. They’ll understand. They’ll get it. They’ll treat it right.

You get what you pay for, and with these guys you are getting the premier service. I called around getting some quotes, but what really caught my attention was their interest in what they were actually cleaning. Nobody else asked to see photos of the rug in an effort to let me know if it would actually be worth cleaning or not, and to pay attention to the details of what needed to be done. They were flexible with pickup and drop off, and helped to install it back too. I don't think you're going to find a better shop for the task, they know what they're doing and, I think more importantly, they CARE about what they're doing.

So thankful to have found J.L. Carpet & Upholstery! My apartment flooded and I was in need of quick servicing. Jarred came same day to assess the situation and got my cleaning scheduled for the next day right away, Emily was super responsive with all the paperwork, and Charles did a great job servicing the affected items!

I have an English bulldog who spends more time on my light pink sofa than I do and since the pink was turning into a dirty hue of nude, I decided it was time for a professional cleaning. As a professional organizer who specializes in move management, we are frequently in need of an excellent carpet & upholstery and JL Caret & Upholstery fit the bill. They are accommodating, have strong communications and professional.
Charles was the tech who cleaned the aforementioned sofa. He was prompt, communicative, conscientious and efficient.
We are very pleased with the results and will absolutely recommend JL Carpet and Upholstery to our clients.

Couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Jarrod and Charles were professional, very warm and friendly. I was a bit of a "pill" but Jarrod patiently explained the process and answered my questions, and Charles!! was super conscientious making sure to protect everything from the machines. The carpets and couch I had cleaned truly looked brand new. Charles took his time and gave everything a thorough cleaning. Honestly, I couldn't be happier and recommend them without reservation.
Addendum: There were light dirt stains that appeared to be from the vacuum head. I texted and Jarred sent Charles and a helper the next day! Charles re-cleaned the soil deposits and 15 minutes later everything looked great. No additional charge. JL Carpet is the real deal. Thanks again!
