What impressed me was that they only found out the issue was a loose wire that needed to be adjusted - no charge for diagnosis. Plus, they gave me some useful advice on what to watch out for in the future. I was only charged the service fee. No doubt about it, they're the best and I'll stick with them from now on. Be cautious and avoid this outfit altogether.
