Company is a scam. Had kitchen hood installed and paid extra for permits in 2023. Just had FDNY inspect restaurant and told us permits were never filed.

I called JMC Air Duct Specialist Publishing House, after noticing a decrease in the efficiency of my dryer and AC system. Carter came out for a Dryer Vent Inspection service and found a significant amount of lint buildup. He also checked our air ducts and performed a full air duct cleaning service. I was impressed by his professionalism and how he explained everything step-by-step. The Dryer Vent Repair service was necessary, and they handled it efficiently. I also had them do Dryer Vent Maintenance service to prevent future problems. Great experience all around honest, no-pressure service, and my appliances work so much better now.
