If i could put 0 stars i would. One of my worst experience. Twice they scheduled appointment for me, twice i had to cancel whatever i had to do, going to my work, and twice then never showed up. Called them and received promises and apologies only. receptionist or whoever she is Deina always answered and lied all the time. Will check if they are BBB affiliated and will definitely complain.

I had the crew come out to look at my chimney crown as it was starting to crumble at the top. The team came and did the work quickly. The completed chimney work looks neatly done from the shared photos by the manager on-site.

Mike was a good guy, as were his crew (never got their names). They did the work quickly and also drained my boiler, taking the water away in buckets - about 11 trips - amazing people. Very very very sweet.

We have a hundred year old house with a brick chimney that was not venting properly and looked like it was falling apart. We were referred to Allied Roofing and Chimney by one of our neighbors and called them to come and inspect our chimney. Our chimney was actually clogged with bricks, did not have a proper liner, and the pointing of the bricks was in terrible shape. Allied ended up clearing out the bricks, cleaned the entire chimney, added bricks where needed, installed a liner and repointed the entire chimney stack. Mike and his guys were a pleasure to work with and they did a great job!

After some scheduling difficulties and postponements, Mike and Nick arrived at my home at 8:30 on a Saturday evening so as to not break their word in coming to clean our fireplace chimney stacks. After inspecting the stacks, they determined that a cleaning was not yet needed, and they suggested that the job not be done this year. Their honesty saved us money that we would have otherwise spent. I look forward to hiring them to do the job next year.

I had an issue with my boiler that was connected to my chimney, and I called within half hour they came and repaired my collapse chimney liner and cap. They did a great job and cleaned up mess. I recommend them if u want the job done right. Please check chimney can cause backup turn to carbon monoxide into boiler. - BK NY

The pilot light of our new hot water heater kept going out. Rubin was able to diagnose the problem quickly, walking us through both the problem and his proposed solution. He was patient and answered all our questions. He and his crew were able to install a new chimney line, and fix the exhaust flow of our boiler, to solve the problem -- all in a few hours. Rubin was professional, responsive, and respectful -- same with his crew. Would definitely recommend Rubin and Allied.
