Called mike and first thing next morning he sent a crew over and gave me a free written detailed estimate. I later on agreed for him to do the work and his guys did a clean and thorough install of a new chimney liner. They also showed me before and after pics of my roof. I must say it was a very positive experience.

We contacted this company for a chimney inspection and eventually, removed debris, installed a stainless steel lining and a cap to prevent any objects from entering the chimney. On the phone and in person, each and every conversation was professional. Every time they said to expect them between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., they arrived before 9 a.m.

All the workers were professional, communicated and appeared to really enjoy their work and the company. Joey- took the time to elaborate on all the work performed, answered all of our questions and looked us in the eye to provide assurance and confidence with their work. They took the time to clean up the workspace and restore it to its previous conditions.

Found Allied on google and they were the only company in the area of Brooklyn with the best reviews. The man on the phone said he will come in between 10-12pm and came at 11pm. We originally wanted a chimney cleaning, but after inspection, it appeared we needed a chimney liner since ours wasn't holding up too well. The crew did a great job, reasonable price, and left our place clean! Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say how grateful I am for this company, specifically Mike and his crew who came to fix our chimney woes. They are friendly, helpful and good at what they do. Superb value. Because our hot water boiler was not working, Mike called a plumber he knows and got him to come fix the issue. Above and beyond good service. I highly recommend them!

Mike and his crew a team of five guys all very professional and attentive to our needs came to clean and inspect my chimney and wood burning fireplace. They completed a chimney sweep and inspection of our fireplace to our recently purchased home. There were a lot of issues with our fireplace a crack in the fluke , a missing cap , no liner in chimney where our gas exhaust is released through chimney , broken damper , and dead bird in our chimney. This team did an excellent job making all of the necessary repairs to make our chimney work efficiently and they did it very quickly given the job at hand. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone I know. I will be giving them a call as soon as I need my next cleaning.

Allied Chimney completely replaced my chimney a few years ago. First, the workers left the worksite immaculate when they were finished (unlike another contractor that we recently used 😡). I called Allied when we discovered there was a blockage in my chimney that was causing carbon monoxide to back up into our home. It was a terrifying experience, but Allied came promptly and successfully resolved the issue. Allied installed a chimney flue for me but I soon noticed that it was leaking. I called them up and let them know what was happening. They came out and got the problem rectified at no extra cost.

We used this company for chimney cleaning and chimney cap installation, and the results were poor. Didn’t secure tarps and soot got into the living room. The cap installation now allows drafts and water ingress. When I asked about the cleaning cost and their recommended chimney repair, answers were evasive and noncommittal. I had to hire another contractor to inspect their work. If you consider this chimney service, get a written guarantee and photos of any recommended chimney repair before agreeing to additional costs.

True professionals. Had a routing problem with my chimney, they spotted the problem immediately using a camera and were able to fix it on the spot. This was no easy fix as there were obstructions in the chimney they needed to work around, but they did a great job. Highly recommend Allied for chimney repair.
