However, after they finished the job, I discovered that the ductwork was severely restricting the blower's ability to circulate air, even though the technician claimed they had adjusted it properly. The temporary fix they applied only seemed to be holding things together for now.

I recently took the front door off my house and found that the tape used by the technician to secure it in place was still visible from when they worked on it. I did this to ensure the fan wasn't restricted, but even with the door off, the temperature in my house continued to rise to 78 degrees while running the AC non-stop. This same issue is expected to occur again today.

My old furnace had kept my house cool for 20 years, but the new system, touted as more efficient when I purchased it, has failed to deliver on that promise. The past two months' worth of electric bills have cost me over $400, a significant increase from previous years. I've been fed misleading information and have grown tired of getting run around by customer service.
