Would leave negative stars if I can. What audacity. Would you really do business with guys like this? Details below.
Charged my uninformed brother $2100 for thermocouple and gas value replacement for our water heater during normal business hours. 1.5hrs of work.

Response to owner:No part of what you said justified charging 3x what an honest company would charge. What you did is taking advantage of someone that needed help. When you find your conscience and want to do what's right, give us a call.

Had a late Friday night issue with my water heater. Thought I'd have cold water until Monday afternoon. Called A Good Plumber at 8:00am on Saturday. Warren came by to fix this issue by 10:30am on Saturday. Couldn't have asked for more.
