Avoided this company at all costs. They showed up three times to diagnose a faulty water heater, but couldn't fix it on any of those occasions. After I arranged for a replacement unit, which took two days, the new one failed just as catastrophically, flooding my basement. The worst part is that they're now refusing to come back and repair the damage despite their guarantee. Their attitude was consistently hostile and dismissive throughout our interactions. If you have any other options available, don't waste your time with them. They're clearly inept, untrustworthy, and completely unprofessional.

I had a non-functioning pool heater that I discovered too late to schedule repairs with a local Staten Island company, which took three weeks. A friend suggested Authorized Heating, so I left a message after 7pm the same day. The next morning, by 8:45am, I got a call back and they arranged for the repair for the following day. They kept their promise to call before arrival. Their service was prompt and efficient. The technicians were courteous and skilled. The job was done right, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the experience.
