Buildwise did an excellent job of removing the clog in my kitchen sink and replacing the rotted pipes below. They also installed a new shower head. They are knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking, and they did a thorough cleanup. Outstanding service!

I had to hire master plumber to complete three Local Law 152 gas periodic inspections for my buildings. 2 didn’t pass but I have to say Joe and the team walked us through the entire process, ensured all corrections would be made, and guaranteed no future issues for the next four years at our next inspection. Buildwise coordinated and pulled the necessary NYC Department of Buildings permits, worked with Con Edison, and installed new gas piping in two buildings, with all inspections passed. Their quick response and clear Con Edison affidavits were what I needed to be in compliance with city codes. The bottom line: this company is amazing—no shortcuts, complete transparency, and exceptional communication from owner to the final execution. I usually don’t do reviews but Buildwise did the right thing and worked with me and in the end did some high quality work.

Our Astoria office had the pleasure to work with Joseph. He was attentive and personable and most importantly got the job done. Our heater broke on Friday night. I called Buildwise and Joseph said he will come over if needed. He and his crew came early Saturday morning and replaced the heater. He dealt with the snow and ice build up on our hatch. The team was great, professional and we are very happy. I highly recommend him. In addition he is a nice, decent, and honest businessman. We are grateful to have met him.

They arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and worked neatly — not a speck of mess left behind. The new boiler runs perfectly and the difference in heating efficiency is amazing. I stumbled into Joseph’s company from a local Facebook group that recommended his services. We were having issues with one radiator (steam) that was banging a lot and leaking water from the air vent, which meant that the water was not flowing down properly to the boiler. Joseph’s team came in and provided a quote that we found to be reasonable and we went with his suggestion (create a return back to the boiler). The crew came in at the agreed time and got to work right away. It took them about 6-7 hours to finish because they were making sure everything was done properly. They were very professional and clean. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
