Top Performance Plumbing replaced my house trap professionally and efficiently, explained the work clearly, and left everything clean when the job was done. The repair was done right, the pricing was fair, and I appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend this plumber to anyone needing reliable plumbing work. This same company. Has also replaced my water heater which was huge as this is a multi family home and once again excellent service. Ira has unfrozen our pipes during ice cold weather, bled lines during winter months, and remains a number one contract in my home. Very highly recommended

Ira did not show up on a scheduled repair service. Very unprofessional for not calling or texting to let me know he could not make it. Wasted the entire day waiting for nothing.

Ira is some amateur who doesnt know what he’s doing. This kid came to install a shower set and figured out how to mess up all the valves and pipes. He didnt show to his follow up appt. Now i have to sue him for the damage that another plumber has to fix. He’s unprofessional and a big liability risk.

I would definitely recommend Top Performance Plumbing to anyone looking emergency plumbing services. I had a leak from the mainline in 6 family apartment building and I needed service right. Contacted Ira, he came ove and access the damage and the cost. Found the problem and he and his team started working on it immediately. I really appreciated the extra level of service they demonstrated by communicating with our tenants about the temp disruption while they worked on repairing the corroded pipes in our building.
