My water heater stopped heating on the Labor Day weekend and my usual handyman does not work on water heaters.  I found Bushwick NY Water Heater Services on Google and gave them a call.  John answered right away on Sunday morning!  He guided me over the phone to light the pilot.  When the pilot failed to stayed on, he diagnosed the problem and came over an hour later with the replacement part and fixed the water heater. Before he left, he checked all the connections and made sure everything around the water heater was the way they should be. He issued a formal receipt for the payment via email and guarantees his work for 1 year.   I like the fact that he is knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and straightforward.  I now know whom I'd call whenever I have a plumbing or an electrical problem with my house.

I called Bushwick Plumbing to come help with a clogged gutter drain. Some other plumbing company showed up which I thought was weird. They tried snaking it and didn't have the right equipment to clear it. They charged me 600+ to do absolutely nothing and told em to call rotor rooter.

These guys were awesome! I will definitely use them again. The price was right and they do a variety of services.

My water heater went out when I needed the most thankfully they sent their plumber Mike in 30 minutes and had my hot water up and running the same day ..very happy and pleased

They came by yesterday to replace my disposal and as usual they were on time. The plumber is so incredibly knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, and always answers all of my questions and addresses my concerns. He even is so neat and clean I never have to do a thing after he leaves. I would highly recommend using them.

The plumber was very thorough with the safety checks, boiler service and gas safe certification of the two properties I worked on. Very good value for money, very good service. The staff were courteous and friendly over the phone and email and we were very prompt with sending me copies of all paperwork and photographs. Highly recommended!

This morning I ran into a problem with water running from 1 apartment to the adjoining floor downstairs. I contacted the company spoke with Mike and they quickly dispatched techs to the residence. I was dealing with Nick onsite who explained the water problem due to the leak and was able to fix the problem in a short time period. As a landlord I appreciate the company’s timely response, the work conducted and I was kept updated throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the work and didn’t feel like I had to be present in overseeing the work conducted. I was very satisfied and also with the amount charged. I had a great experience with Bushwick plumbing company. My boiler had some issue and I had a clogged drain. The plumber arrived on time and repaired my problem with the boiler and he snaked the drain.
The pricing was fair, and I’m very impressed with their service and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

After my last experience with a plumber I was stressed when I had another issue. My pipes were backed up and I needed a plumber right away. Bushwick Plumbing came out and cleaned it out with a snake and made sure there was no interruptions before leaving. There has been no problems since. Great service!!

We had a major leak in our kitchen, and Luis from Bushwick Plumbing responded quickly to our emergency call. He identified the issue and helped me understand the repair process clearly, and fixed it on the spot. He even replaced an old shut-off valve that was causing low water pressure. The work was done neatly, and made sure it was working properly before leaving. Excellent service, fair pricing, and a true professional plumber
