I recommend this company very highly. They are extremely prompt and very fast. Both for the estimate and the job.
When you call this company a person answers the phone even on weekends.
They were very patient with me.
My job was somewhat complex for a variety of reasons.
The job was in my opinion complicated, dangerous and near impossible, with vines climbing 60 feet up on one side, loose bricks, wires everywhere and rubble and garbage in the way all over the place. Access to the job was also difficult.
7 men arrived with 2 GIGANTIC trucks, a lift bucket, a chipper and of course a stump grinder.
The crew was respectful.
The only thing that troubled me was:
Communication with the crew.
Please designate one person on the crew, at the start, to communicate with the customer and ask questions if unsure of the parameters.
But this is in NO WAY a reason to down grade them as they were SO fast, SO hard working, SO patient and SO professional!
I would never use anyone else.

They did a great job removing a three trunk Mulberry tree in our backyard. They performed the job as promised and cleaned up and removed all debris. The crew was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them. Very very satisfied.

Drivers are disrespectful, careless and abusive… there was ample amount of space for the driver to move up and to the left. When we tried to talk to him he became belligerent and cursing. Very Unprofessional!!!

Five stars are not enough. I am so impressed with this team. We had a 40 foot American Elm that had been dead for a long time and we were very nervous about it coming down in front of our house. But this team of guys handled it with grace and ease. Focused, professional, friendly, efficient, and neat. Beginning to end, they were perfect.

Great experience all around - from estimate, scheduling, communication to arriving on time, actual work and cleanup. They had to carry the tree out through the house, wrapped the passage in paper. Fast, efficient and clean. Highly recommend.

Thank you for trimming my neighbor's tree professionally. David came to give us a free estimate. He's very knowledgeable. He looked fully at the situation and dropped down a lot of notes. He explained how the job will be done and gave us a very reasonable quote. On that day the team came within the scheduled time frame. All staffs were very professional and knew their positions. They even had car cover to protect the cars nearby. The job was done professionally as we expected. All branches and trunks over the roof and crossing the fence line were removed. The most important thing is everyone (we, neighbors and the team) was happy. Thanks Dragonetti Tree Removal again.

They removed three big trees from my backyard. Job was carefully and professionally done.

Used them to cut down two trees. Left one stump about two feet high aside well as damaging fence.

They cut down a massive beast in our backyard, moved swiftly and efficiently, all were kind, and cleaned up nicely

Stay away from this company. The job has not been done well. Came to remove roots but roots are still in the ground! The owner gave me discount but has charged me full price.The worst company I've ever seen.

Most competitive prices and great customer service. I got a call back in an hour and my tree was pruned the next day. Crew was great.

Picked up the phone and responded right away to the photos I sent over. Gave me the price on the phone and kept to it when they showed up. Cleaned up extremely well.

The owner Joe is amazing, he could practically rip a tree out of the ground his hands he's so strong, I remember the day he came to my house, it was raining oh so bad, I asked him to remove a tree for me, faster than I can get a reply from him to tree was D rooted and torn from the Earth, this guy is a Titan

Good job trimming and removing trees. However cleanup was sub-par, left debris and branches behind. A smoking employee threw his cigarettes buds on floor in my backyard, unprofessional.

They showed up 2 1/2 hours late and instead of pruning my tree they began sawing off branches!!! He said to prune the tree would be more money!
Needless to say they left after sawing down 3 large branches and making the tree look awful !
