We had major mold problems in our bedroom. After deciding between a handful of teams, we ultimately decided to go with Rainbow.

The work was done efficiently and professionally, but we have been most impressed with Rendolph Walker’s (project manager) very active communication, and how accommodating him and the team have been throughout the process.

Would highly recommend.

They responded promptly to all my requests, and the work they did rehabbing our Upper Eastside apartment was top-notch; the most hassle-free and the best construction/rehab work we’ve had done in all the many years we’ve owned the apartment. David and his team were fantastic. I called Friday afternoon for sewage cleanup in my basement; David immediately answered the phone, got me a quote within minutes, and had his team there first thing the next day, exactly on time (on a Saturday!). David and his team then went above and beyond during the cleanup as well, and cleaned up all the debris in our basement. It has never looked better. Could not have asked for better, more responsive service, and will definitely be using Yellow Restoration again.

Rainbow Restoration was very responsive and professional from start to finish for our water mitigation project. When there was a small issue with scheduling, they fixed the issue promptly and professionally. The end result was strong.

A couple of days before Thanksgiving, I had sewage backup into my basement as the pipe that takes the sewage was broken due to tree roots! I contacted the insurance company which was about 7-730 pm and they sent Rainbow Restoration of North Brooklyn. That’s where I met David, who is in charge. He came out to the house within the hour, accessed the damage caused by the sewage, took pictures and explained to me what his company will do to mitigate the problem I had facing me! He told me that the crew will be at my home first thing in the morning! As stated, they arrived early the morning! They were punctual, professional, moved and secured the furniture, explained what has to be done and started to work! They did an excellent job! When they were finished, the basement was clean, the foul sewage smell was not there! They also treated the place for mold, in which I was concerned about! David and his team were great with me, a person who was very upset of what had happened and wondering if the basement would be the same, and they accomplished that! I thank Rainbow Restoration of North Brooklyn for the fantastic job they did and for bringing my basement back to life!!!

Rainbow Restoration was very professional, fast, and did great work. When I asked for an itemized bill of the costs, they were able to provided a very detailed bill. Once the job was complete, we decided to go through our insurance company. Rainbow was extremely helpful with submitting the documents to the insurance company since we were having issues doing so. I would recommend this company to a friend.

My 89 year old mother-in-law had a water pipe break on December 31, 2020. Over 1 inch of water throughout the entire basement. ServePro responded at 8pm on New Year's Eve and began the cleanup. Stayed for over 2 hours to remove all the water. Returned the next 2 days - Saturday (New Year's Day) & Sunday - to complete the cleanup. Absolutely great service.

Kevin, Eric & Carlo’s were AMAZING! They completely took over & put our minds at ease after our basement flooded. We didn’t know where to begin! They sorted out what was damaged & then took away all of the garbage.

I called Servpro of northwest Brooklyn for mold remediation. Robert and his team really know what they're doing. After getting rid of the mold they replaced the bottom 2 feet of sheetrock and painted. My basement walls came out perfectly thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. Great service. Highly recommended.

Shane and his crew came from Brookln NY to help our community after Hurrican Ian hit Ft. Myers.FL.Shane jump in with his crew in less than 24 hrs and cleaned my home and my elderly mom's home. They removed all flood damaged floors and walls. Thank you Shane!

Much like a previous reviewer, ScrubbaD, I’ve had a terrible time getting Servpro to respond to my questions about the very vague estimate they finally sent me after I called three times asking where it was. The man who came to do the estimate was very professional and took lots of pictures (including some with a 3D camera) and he took measurements but NONE of that was reflected in the estimate I got which had no photos and no specifics as to how much of the water damaged ceiling needs replacing, no answers to the questions posed about whether the supporting beams they photographed need shoring up or repairs or repair. It was as if they didn’t even look at the materials they gathered or didn’t have anyone with any expertise look at the images and measurements or they lost it all. And then they just made up a vague proposal to repair an unspecified portion of the ceiling sheetrock. And when I asked these questions by phone and email several times they didn’t even return my calls or emails. So I’m not sure what we paid for exactly.

Amit and his crew went well above and beyond to get the job done neatly and in a timely manner. His work is superior and at completion looked better than the original. Can’t say enough about the job he and his workers did. Thank you to Amit and his staff!!

Shane, Landall, César, and Arturo did a great job. They ran me through all the things that would be done. They worked through the day and were able to get everything done. The best part is the peace of mind knowing the job was done right.

We had a sewage overflow and Shane and Garcial came by and did a great job for us! We have two kids and we were worried about them getting sick but they did a very through clean and made sure everything was safe for them. Would use again!

Mold remediation performed by Eric and his team was quick, clean and professional. Three days later, a mold retest of the space came back negative. Excellent experience!
