I needed mold remediation done in a room at my house after Hurricane Ida. Avi and Arturo showed up on time, got to work quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I was completely reassured about the quality of the work they provided. I’d highly recommend this team to put your mind at ease when dealing with a challenging situation with mold!

We had an emergency leak over the weekend and the team was able to come out and get everything squared away quickly and efficiently. They explained every step in the process and were patient and kind with our questions.

When Hurricane Ida flooded my apartment which had never had any flood damage before, I was freaked out. There was 4 inches of water in my apartment, front to back. Everything stored there was damaged, if not by water then by mold. My insurance company sent me to Serv Pro for remediation and a ton of anxiety was lifted from my shoulders. Rob Allen, the owner, came in to assess the damage which was impressive. He was able to identify the damage and outline all the steps needed for remediation. And he and his people were going to take care of it. They did an awesome job. Avi, who headed up the team with his assistant Cesar were wonderful. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Everyone on the crew was helpful, informative and worked their butts off. Benji and the pack out team also did a great job. Avi and his crew came back to finish off the remediation and left everything (in the cellar) spotless.

We had quite the mess as a result of a sewer clog. We called ServPro and they came instantly. They were very professional, cleaned, deodorized snd removed everything that was contaminated.

SBU and his team did exceptional work remediating the extensive mold issues in our apartment’s bathroom. They had their entire operation set up and completed in less than 10 hours, and they had to remove every single piece of drywall and wood from our bathroom. They left the place spotless, and Avi made sure to explain everything to us so we remained in the loop.

They were very responsive. The steps were explained to me ahead of time so I’d know what to expect. The demo/clean-up crew was personable & they did an excellent & efficient job of removing flooring, walls, ceiling, carpeting. They next crew was the Sheetrock/painting team & they went above & beyond, providing suggestions/recommendations for the best final result, as well as identifying issues that needed to be addressed (i.e., a water valve hidden behind a wall, for which they created a panel for access). The last team, flooring , did a wonderful job with my wood-look plank tiles & the baseboards. They were efficient, & such hard workers! I am beyond happy with all the work; the space looks great!

So professional and efficient every step of the way. They were calm and talked us through the process answering all questions we had. One of my best experiences with a contractor and his staff doing repairs on my home. Prompt, courteous, professional and most important to me, trustworthy. The work was completed on time and with great precision. The work included replacing an entire floor of wood flooring after major water damage, repairing walls and painting. Most import to me, and again, completed with great precision, was the cleaning of our condo after all of the work was completed.

I am already in contact with this group to work on other projects in our home, so I highly recommend them.

Servpro was contracted by my building management to perform a mold remediation in our apartment and we were horrified upon return. We came home to several picture frames broken and laying on the floor, all of our couch throw pillows were nowhere to be found along with my meditation pillow, two light fixtures in our bedroom broken (one of which they tried to repair by putting it back together with two bandaids which they took from our bathroom, a room that was not apart of the remediation) and several other smaller items either broken or completely missing. My confidence in this company is extremely low and I'm anxious to retest my apartment to see if they even remediated the mold successfully.

Ceasar and his team is amazing. They were patient and knowledgeable. Having sewer back up is stressful enough. Ceasar made the process efficient and thorough. The clean up was prestine and fast. I called Servpro to clean up my uncles apartment after be passed. Much of the clean up was related to cleaning bodily fluids. John and Juan were the technicians that assisted with the clean up along with Cesar who did the estimate and pricing. Cesar, John and Juan were walked us through the process and the pricing. Cesar and his crew have been very Respectful and worked as a team. Cesar demonstrated a very concern and trustful personality so we just let him and his crew do what they see needs to be done.
Walter, despite being very humble is very good in what he is doing and directing the others.
John and Jack they didn't just come to pick up their equipments but they fix a pipe that they saw was leaking.
So far I'm happy with this team so I'm going to let them do the next phase of the job which is restoration/upgrade.

Throughout the restoration process, the office staff and technicians were consistently responsive and provided updates in an effective and timely manner. The technicians dispatched to manage the clean up of sewage water in our basement were absolutely fabulous. Very professional, courteous, organized, and exercised extreme caution while taking out the saturated items from the house. The team worked so hard and diligently for close to 10 hours, and always remained pleasant. I could not be any happier with the service that was provided and highly recommend this company!

Wow! Just wow! Was amazing to deal with this company, especially the guy with the red beard! Had a flood the other day with some water damage... they came in got rid of the mold in a short amount of time, took care of everything A thru Z and left the place spotless! didn't have to stress about anything!!

After experiencing a fire, the devastation exceeded our worst nightmare....demolished walls and structure damage, water / flooding damage, mold beginning to form all over.

One call to perfect restoration took care of it all. 24 hour service is real. The response was almost instantaneous- a couple of hours crews were cleaning out broken and damaged materials, while other crew members were doing water removal. Fans were brought in to dry the place out to halt the mold from getting worse.
Within a few hours some semblance or order was restored, and an otherwise overwhelming situation was brought under control. Anything they didn't handle on their own , they were able to connect us with the right people that could.
