Had to use this company after the sewer backed up in my Brooklyn office. Called them at 8am and they had two techs on site before 9:30. Eric Gorovitz and Landell were professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and the company.

I had a foot of water in the basement during Hurricane Ida. Servpro, led by the production crew Avi Persaud came in to do the mold remediation. Avi did an excellent job in identifying the mold and managing the remediation. This was my first experience with mold and Avi was very patient with all my questions. He was professional at all times. I highly recommend Avi for your mold issues.

I reached out to Servpro at someone's recommendation to inspect a mold situation at my mother's home. The initial inspection seemed to go well, however, when I inquired about a follow-up to that inspection, I was told the person who inspected the home was no longer with the company and someone else would need to come out. After a period of time, another inspection was completed, however, after a month of email follow-ups, I have not received an analysis or report on the problem, nor have I received a response to my emails to the company.

In my last email to the representatives I explained that I understood that at times people are busy and they are unable to respond promptly or even emails are missed, but I am unable to explain why my emails have gone completely ignored.

The reason I am writing this review is because their website and representatives I've met claim that they are professionals, but that has not been my experience. For my situation, all I have to show is a debit of $150 from my checking account as a requirement for the inspection and nothing else.

Luckily I have had the necessary work conducted by another professional company, but I am sharing this experience with the community to encourage you to be aware that this lack of professionalism may happen to you. I hope it does not, but as they say, buyer beware.

As of December, I am updating my review to inform you that a Company representative reached out to me to apologize for the poor service I received. In addition, they refunded me the $150 service fee I was initially charged. I am hopeful that your experience, if you choose to work with them, is better than mine.

Avi was so patient with me as I am sure I asked several questions more then once from the trauma of having half my home flooded. The whole team was professional. Clean up after demo to dry walls was as if I had done it myself. Vacuumed as they drilled to minimize dust. And hand moped areas affected by work. Thank you team Servepro Brooklyn! Your work so far has been amazing!!!

Our hot water heater broke and we had 3-4 inches of water in the basement. Eric and Landell from ServePro of Northwest Brooklyn came right over. They explained the entire cleaning process. They sucked out the water, ran huge dehumidifiers and strong fans to dry everything out. They tested for any moisture inside the walls, which is great because we were concerned about getting mold. Luckily our floors are tile and concrete. They scrubbed the floors with antibacterial and antimold cleaner. They did a great job! I was a wreck when it happened, there was water everywhere, but 3 days later after all was dry and scrubbed, you can't even tell that we just had a big flood! I would definitely call them again!

This great team from Servpro were amazing and professional throughout the entire process. We had a severe flood and the damage was pretty bad. Robert and his entire team were honest, trustworthy, and they made sure to cover all of the bases. We would definitely recommend them.

Avi and Cesar responded quickly on a Saturday to our horrible sewage back-up. They were very courteous and professional throughout the process. Amet will get an additional survey after completion of replacing the kitchen ceramic tile. As a result, I am very happy as a customer with your team of workers and the work done. My 97 year old father in a wheelchair says, they did a very nice job! Almost DUNN! DUNN! And last but not least Tyrek made it all happen. A big sincere thank you to him.

Rob and his staff are easy to deal with, helpful and very professional. I had a sewer main backup that lead into a basement flood, a nightmare to say the least. They came quickly and cleaned the basement great, it looks like the flood never happened! I highly recommend them.

We hired Serv Pro for mold remediation and rebuild. They were very professional and protected the other areas of the house from dust. They worked quickly and rebuilt the space perfectly. Great response times from Rob as well. Highly recommend.

Afi and Andres were amazing! They were so gracious, professional and willingly shared their expertise describing in detail each step and action taken to remediate flooding that occurred on three levels. In addition they did everything in their power to be respectful of the space, leaving no sign of their presence cleaning up after themselves in all areas. They also took extra time to listen to my concerns and areas for attention and did all of this after normal “business hours”. It was an emergency situation and they were both so calm and patient while the rest of us were stressed. They really made such a stressful situation so much easier! Thank you so much!!!!

The teams that came to install and uninstall the cleanup equipment were professional and polite. They were very respectful of our home and all around pleasant to deal with. We hope not to have to use them again, but we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has water damage in their home.

Called Servpro with a sewage backup in our basement. They came the next day and cleaned all our plastic containers that were on the ground by removing all to our back yard. Plus they threw out everything damaged that we needed to get rid of, disinfected the floor against any bacteria and left large dryers to dry the basement. The job took all day. Everyone on the job was very professional. It is a bit costly, but worth it as it would have been a nightmare to do ourselves.

Used ServPro of Northwest Brooklyn for water mitigation and rebuild after storm roof damage. The mitigation was done very quickly and effectively. Their team did a great job protecting our belongings, moving them around and setting up plastic covers while they did the drying, and left the place very clean. It took longer than I expected for them to be able to schedule the rebuild, but once they arrived they replaced drywall and repainted efficiently, with the same attention to our belongings as during the mitigation work.

Servpro provided swift and thorough service with professional quality at every step of the abatement and repair road. If I or anyone I know ever is in need of the quality care like a Young Michael Jackson Servpro will be There י;-})
