This company was outstanding in their response time. Jeffrey Barnwell was the technician who came and did the clean up after a sewer back up. He was friendly and helpful during a stressful time. Would definitely call again for disaster cleaning.

There was a small fire in my father's house that caused heat and smoke damage in a very short period of time,thank God Grand Island Fire was on top of it and got there super fast and saved the house. My siblings and I did the best we could to clean up the damage ourselves but we were overwhelmed and unsuccessful.. Rainbow restorations came in with a kind ihard working crew that worked around my disabled mother and did a wonderful job..There's no smell of smoke,it's just like it never happened..

In late November, the Monday before Thanksgiving to be exact, I experienced flooding at my home that impacted my kitchen, dining room and basement. It happened in the middle of the night but thankfully was caught after only a few hours. I can't even imaging what it would have been like if it had gone on longer. I first called my insurance company and then placed a call to Rainbow Restoration. I had a large crew at my home first thing that morning to start extracting water, pulling up wet flooring and carpet and set drying equipment. Everyone was efficient, knew exactly what needed to be done and were polite and courteous. Thank you Rainbow for all your help!

Very recently, I suffered severe water damage when a pipe broke in the apartment above mine.
The property management, Birgo Realty, contacted Rainbow Renovations International of Buffalo, to remove the carpeting, and ceiling that suffered water damage from the event.
Jeff, LeVert, James, and the 1 guy whose name I forgot 😞, were all very professional, and courteous.
I didn’t have all of my belongings out of the apartment yet. However, they were able to move the things that were still there, out of their way and complete the job quickly and efficiently.
I want to give them all a great 5 star review!
I would definitely recommend Rainbow, and especially those 4 guys, to anyone in need of the type of work they do.
They even cleaned up after themselves!!

An unfortunate water leak in my home was made bearable, with the support of Amanda and the Rainbow Team. Having the unfortunate experience of water damage can be devastating and although I would rather have not had this happen, I’m glad that Rainbow restoration was a part of the process. They came in the same day of the incident and placed drying equipment, returned daily to check it and remained in contact with me throughout the process. Amanda and the Team were attentive and respectful. Rainbow went above the process and did it with a smile and comforting demeanor. I hope that you never have to experience home damage but if you do I highly recommend you look to the Team at rainbow and let them assist you in beginning the restoration process.

We had Rainbow come out to clean our carpets, the tech was professional, courteous and very efficient. We were very pleased with the service provided. On a second note, I also had Scott, and his team set up a "Commercial Emergency Response Plan" for our offices. This service was very informative and simplified our actions in the event of an emergency. I highly recommend this to any business manager or owner.

Don and his team are wonderful! We use them at our property regularly for mold remediation and water removal. His team is professional and extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

I cold called Rainbow needing someone quick to deep clean some offices. They were extremely responsive and professional. I had Rainbow International due some duct cleaning for me and they did a fabulous job. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, they were efficient with their time and I was completely satisfied and pleased that they were reasonable, as well. Highly recommend!

We woke up to water in our basement and were referred to Rainbow Restoration to assist with the cleanup. They came on a holiday and helped us with the cleanup and removal of any lost/damaged items. They were professional and prompt throughout the entire process. I hope to never need them but if I do, I would not hesitate to call.

I had a great experience with Rainbow Restoration (Buffalo). Don was involved from start to finish — professional, responsive, and caring. Joe gave a clear estimate, and the team did excellent, timely work. Highly recommend Don and his team!

Their water damage/clean up crew was incredible. Our entire house flooded and they arrived in less than 24 hours. Employees were kind and great communicators. However, we were also going to hire them to manage the needed renovations as a result of the water damage. Once that division took over, communication was atrocious. Constantly being told we would recieve communication just to be ghosted. I have never in my personal or professional world dealt with such lack of follow through. My house was destroyed and the stress this added was horrific. It sounded great that they were going to manage all of the renovations but I ended up hiring 4 seperate contractors to do the work because I felt so uncomfortable working with Rainbow.

There slow and there workers are rude

I called for an estimate for my roof, left a msg, a week later I'm still waiting for a call back 😳 So I hire another company

We had setup a date and time for them to come over and give me an estimate for some work at my apartment. They never showed up, never called, and never bothered to call back after.
