Constraction reviews in Buffalo, New York

Would definitely recommend! Went above and beyond when it came to cleaning up. The new roof and gutters look great. The neighbors hardly knew that they were there, very respectful!

Rick and Sean are what every home owner desires from their contractor. Professional, courteous, and responsive with superior craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Done Well Home Improvement for any project, big or small!

These guys are very professional roofers. They replaced an entire roof in one day, including tearing off two old roof layers and cleaning up after they were done. They did a quality job for a great price, and they provide a 10 year non-prorated warranty for both material and labor costs. They could afford to do provide this guarantee, since they used quality materials and did a first class installation job that should last for many years. We would not hesitate to refer them to any friends that need new roofs or roofing repairs.

I had Done Well put a roof on about a year and a half ago. They are very easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. The original roof work they did looks very good and they did it for a very reasonable price. I needed a repair done recently and they were at my house the same day to fix at no cost. These guys don't cut corners and really stand by there work. I'd easily recommend them.

Zwick Home Improvement does good work. Their team of guys are professional, respectful and very knowledgeable.

Called for a siding quote, the guy showed up, left in 5 min, never received a quote, I called the office the receptionist stated she would fwd the message and it has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything since then. If they don't want the job then they could have said so.

Zwick home improvement did an excellent job on my roof. The crew was very nice. They got the job done faster than I thought it would be. Excellent!! Highly recommend Zwick for your home improvement needs!

Let me start off by saying I have never and I me never had a contractor do something for me that was not screwed up or wrong.. I’m really particularly.. I had Ziwicks install a porch cover..
This was the first time I literally could find nothing wrong at all.. The whole job was picture perfect..
Unbelievable company.. I have had tons of contractors do things for me and never did them right the first time or ever. I Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants it done right.. His crew is awesome as well and they also know a lot!!! Thank you to Ziwicks and crew for your awesome work….

Very satisfied with the dryer vent inspection and cleaning. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They cleaned the entire vent system and checked the airflow to make sure everything was working properly. I noticed a big difference immediately because my dryer became more efficient. The service was quick and professional. I’m glad I scheduled this dryer vent cleaning and will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service from a very professional team. My dryer was not drying clothes properly, so I booked a dryer vent inspection. The technician quickly identified the issue and performed a full cleaning. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. After the service, my dryer performance improved immediately. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend their dryer vent cleaning and repair services to others.

horrible work

Amazing work Very professional I highly recommend them!

Ground Pro Contracting was hired to replace a section of my driveway in Buffalo NY. The project was completed in June-July of 2017 at a total cost of well over $5,000. Based on Ground Pro’s recommendation, the driveway was also sealed, at additional cost, to better counter winter conditions. Already at the end of that same year, not six months after project completion, it became clear that the concrete was seriously compromised. Deep and long cracks became visible. Consequently, I contacted Ground Pro to discuss a remedy.
We met onsite in early March to discuss the situation. Ground Pro graciously offered to replace the cracked sections, provided I pay for the material. We agreed on this approach and Ground Pro promised to deliver a written contract describing the details.
Never heard back from the company.
Called and left messages many times. Sent a letter.
Ground Pro’s work is not professional, and the company does not stand behind its work. Worse, it does not even stand behind its word.
Filed a formal complaint with BBB Western New York.

Nathan and Franco was awesome. He did a great job, he was honest, very kind and easy to work with. I will be hiring SKE Dryer Vent & Air duct Cleaning Services Buffalo, NY again for our next dryer vent cleaning, and referring him to family and friends.
