Recently I had my house and garage sided. I wanted my service poll and meter relocated on the garage. Dugas Electric did a great job trouble shooting and doing the work to relocate the poll and meter. The crew was extremely professional and knowlegable They addressed all of my concerns. Thank You

Wanted to voice my appreciation as the other evening I had an issue with my electric service. Dugas Electric's website says they will call you back asap and I received a call back within a half hour. The owner himself called me back and gave me some advice that solved my issue. It turned out to be a simple fix but what really mattered to me is that the company called back when they said they would and Mr. Dugas was willing to try and assist me over the phone without expectation of payment or a sales call. I will be calling them in future when I have some planned electric work done.

Got some work done to repair some damage done from a storm + upgrade + etc. Dugas beat all estimates, did a quality job, cleaned up, and did everything as promised. Best part, no payment until completion (which included passing inspection). 10/10 would use them again for any electrical work.

Called because breaker shut off and would not click back. Tech.checked that. Breaker working. Walked around basement and found heater plug melted into outlet. Replaced the outlet. Could have been very bad for us. He took the time to assess the problem. 1st. electrician wanted $800 just to figure out the panel problem. I would recommend Dugas and call them again..

Dugas Electric came to our rescue after a blizzard in winter of 2022. They were reasonable, excellent, friendly and more than helpful in addressing our emergency needs at the time. We hired them back to replace our wires and install a new breaker box too! I highly endorse Dugas Electric!

If you need an electrical contractor, Dugas Electric is the one to call. I had an electrical failure and lost power on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I called Paul, who had done other work for me previously, and he was at my house in less than an hour and made a temporary repair. They have now upgraded my service as part of a complicated project that required significant interaction and coordination with NYSEG and excavation contractors to accomplish. Paul and his entire crew are highly skilled professionals who are prompt, reliable and personable.

We hired Dugas Electric through a referral from KAZ Home Improvements. I also looked into the company before I hired them. They have an A+ rating on BBB, and their google reviews are 5 stars. Paul and his crew did an outstanding job! He was a great communicator who also made himself available after hours for opinions and ideas on material purchases.

Our initial job was to install 20 recessed lights into our soffits. The job went a lot faster than I expected, so we asked for a few “add ons”. Paul took on every job and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. We upgraded our old electric panel, replaced all exterior outlets, replaced a bathroom fan, and also added a 30 amp line for our camper.

All of Paul's employees are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I always listened to their suggestions as they know more about electric than I do. Dan, who seemed to lead the electric crew, was very good at asking questions to make sure we were on the same page. I was in need of upgrading my old electrical panel. Paul came out the same day I contacted him to take a look at the job. He got back to me the next day with a quote and I had the work done quickly. Paul and his team were not only quick to get me an estimate, but the turnaround time and quality of the work were fantastic. Paul was very responsive. We had an estimate within 24 hours and work completed within a week of the estimate. His team that came out was very thorough. We have an older house that had electric on a wood riser that was on the roof. The wood was rotted and a mess. Dugas made sure everything was sealed and looks great. Replaced the old wood with a new metal riser pipe and replaced the service. Job was completed in about six hours. Looks great, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Dugas Electric.

Great company to work with. We needed our electric panel upgraded, and the meter moved from the basement to a location outside. The owner designed a really great plan, with a lot less construction and hassle than other companies had offered. They call before they arrive, they are on time, show up when they say they will, super respectful of your home and left everything clean and neat. Highly recommended.
