I wish that the sales people would park their company cars in the rear of the building instead of blocking the l whole loading area.

Great electrical supplies and advice. I shop there for telecommunications supplies and they are always well stocked with the latest technology supplies and tools. Parking is fine, can back up to dock and they will help you load vehicle. All in all, the only place in my opinion to purchase electrical and telecommunications products.

Tried contacting this place multiple times simply to see if they stock a light bulb and no one was able to answer my question. First time I was transferred by two separate people and led to a voicemail, then tried calling back a few minutes later, spoke to a different person who seemed nice, she then transferred me and I was hung up on. I would drive here but it’s over 6 miles from my house and with the poor customer service I’m not confident they would even have the bulb I was looking for even though it’s a fairly commonly used outdoor lightbulb.

Would be nice if they had more than 1 person at the front desk and filling orders in the warehouse. Also make sure they all have admin access so they can work your own registers!! Profit margin at expense of customer service is never good policy. Have more people at your desk from 8-5pm.

Pros all the way. Prompt, polite, efficient and no question as to knowledge. Fair rates and returned phone calls...a rarity sometimes today. I would not hesitate to recommend.

This guy gets jobs and then hires very questionable, informal people. They made a mess in my property and still had to pay for it. Why they don’t have zero starts here

I was told my appointment was 9-9:30 so i get there at 8:30. my tenants also had to take time off to be here and thdy never showed. Called twice and they were unapologetic and offered no solution. So if you want to wait almost 2 hours for no one to show this is the company for you.

Poor quality, poor attitude. Acted like they were doing me a favor. Wired unit incorrectly, blew the board on start up, wired battery charger circuit incorrectly, used doorbell wire, instructions called for 14 ga w/ a breaker. There wasn't one. It may be 'affordable' but it's not safe, quality work. Go elsewhere.

I am a landlord who spoke to Joe and requested that he speak to my tenant to schedule an appointment. When I called him back to inquire what date he had set, he had NO IDEA who I was nor did he remember the problem that I was having. He then stated that he might have given it to his technician. I replied, this seems like this may be an issue for you and to forget the appointment. He responded by telling me how many clients he had and then proceeded to tell me to kiss his a**. SMH ...Customer service isn't their strong point here!!!

Called at 11:30 no one showed up. Called back at 3:00 she said she will contact Joe and still no one. It's now 5:48 and I still haven't been contacted or seen anyone. I will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Now I have to try to locate an emergency electrician so I can get power on in my house.

I've had a decent experience with this company a few years back...late to the job, but still did a good job. Last week I called 3 times someone text me this week saying what is your availability. ..so I call the number...they don't snswer. The following day I text a ? Saying I tried to return the call. I get a text back saying what's your address. I then text back I'd prefer to talk via telephone ...45 minutes later I get another text saying...when can I call you....I have never seen a business handle customers this way. It almost felt like I was texting a kid or something because what professional goes back and forth via text having never spoken with me. Too bad, they did a good job last time I used them for rental properties. I

They were very on time, ( the time they said they were coming was the time they came ), they were very polite and answered all my questions ( I asked a lot of questions ), and they cleaned up their mess. They did a great job installing / upgrading my service and I would highly recommend them.

A year later when the GFCI failed, he never came to repair it, despite many calls. We were told the parts world be in less than a week after the repair estimate, but that was in June. It's October, haven't heard from him.

They had someone on the scene within a short time checking out the damage that was done when a car clipped the pole providing electrical service to my building. They kept in touch during the whole process and coordinated with the Power Co, Inspectors and Insurance Co. Highly recommend Dugas Electric for big or small, Commercial or Residential.

Extremely professional , friendly, and efficient. Work was done in a timely fashion, always making sure if I needed temporary power for anything. Cost was very reasonable, also. I would definitely recommend Dugas Electric!
