Chris and his crew came to do a deep clean and it was so nice to let someone else take over cleaning, for the first time ever, at 9 months pregnant! They were great with my pets, including my dog who is unsure of new people in his home. Chris is wonderful to work with, he has an incredibly warm personality, just the right person to take care of your home, when you need a little extra help, or on a regular basis. This crew provides an amazing value for the money, and are able to give reasonable and accurate quote with a quick, pleasant, home visit.

I hired Germ Phobix to sanitize my Business. The owner was very professional and thoroughly explained the whole process. He tested all of the surfaces before and after the whole sanitization process and I was amazed with the results. They are very reasonably priced compared to the other local companies I called. I highly recommend Germ Phobix!!!

I own a child care center and use this company for sanitizing all my surfaces, including toys and equipment. They are in and out quickly but do a thorough job without interfering in my daily schedule. I feel like my staff and children are in a healthier environment by having Germ Phobix come in on a weekly basis. The price is also very reasonable.

North Park Exterior Cleaning was wonderful. Very respectful, prompt and did amazing work. They were clear about what was being done and how long it would take. Great and fair prices. Fixed the chimney and gutters on my house with ease and quickly. Could not recommend enough.
