I just moved to Buffalo and purchased a 6 foot round rug from Facebook marketplace to go under my dining room table. The seller stated the rug was spotless and in excellent condition. It was placed in my trunk. Well when I opened the trunk, immediately I noticed an odor and a bunch of shedding- mind you I do not have any pets; however, I recalled the seller having dogs at home. I knew I could not bring this into my home. I quickly google searched carpet cleaners in Buffalo and came open Brad. He answered my call and provided same day service!!! I was extrmeley pleased because I truly did not to bring the rug into my new apartment. Brad ended up cleaning and deodorizing the rug twice - the second time with no charge. The rug is now under my dining table with no rancid odors and looking brand new. I would highly recommend using his services. Thank you so much Brad 😊

Brad did a great job stretching our carpet to fix where the spikes were showing. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Brad for any other carpet based request.

Absolute nightmare! The guy came an hour late and dragged his equipment in with dirty boots, and got all of my carpeting filthy with boot prints and then he slammed his equipment into my white walls. When I told him to leave, he refused, I literally had to call the police to have him Removed. He was an absolute nightmare.
Our carpets had no marks on them before this guy came in with filthy boots, and proceeded to make my house a disaster.
I’m not sure what fake reviews are written here but I would stay away from these folks. Absolute horrible.

Brad was here on Monday to restretch a carpet following a new tile floor install. His work was outstanding! He heard we were going to have our carpet cleaned and beat the price of a competitor. Came back Thursday and he & Justin did an awesome job on our high-traffic family room. While here, my neighbor came over and they cleaned her area rug.
These guys are great and have earned me as a repeat customer. You won’t be sorry for choosing them.

I was debating on leaving a review, but I dont want others to get ripped off like I did.
The guys came out last week to restretch my carpet. The work looks good, but I only plan on staying here another 2 years or so.
They were here 3 hours (no big deal), and at the end I asked what the final price was. He charged me $250 more than what I was quoted when I called to make the appointment. He gave me all sorts of reasons for why it was that much (had to pay his guy, the long drive, etc). Newsflash, Im not dumb. I know how a business works. He then tells me that Alden is outside of his coverage area. Why didn't he tell me that 2 weeks before when I made the appointment? It also seemed as if one guy was doing the work while the owner "supervised" (they wouldn't have been here 3 hours if he would have pitched in). Plus I had to hear all about his kids hockey teams while I was trying to work. Just because Im working from home does not mean Im not working.
I paid to get him out of my house, but I will never recommend this rip off artist to anyone. I find it hard to believe he hasn't done this to anyone else.
