The owner Bradley is very friendly and answered all of my questions regarding getting my carpets cleaned. He is thoughtful and very professional. His customer service is outstanding!

Had a strip of carpet torn by puppy at threshold of carpet and hardwood as well as a few ripples. Brad came as promised and stretched the carpet to repair the damage and ripples. Looks like they were never there. Excellent work at very fair price.

Brad installed carpet in a house I was rehabbing. Communicated very well, always picked up the phone when I had questions. He stayed late and helped me do additional work on the property at no additional charge to help me have it ready for listing. Pricing was great, did the job quickly and efficiently.

Brad answered my call immediately and was able to schedule an appointment at his earliest opening and did a fantastic job stretching and steam cleaning four rooms in a very efficient manner and went the extra mile cleaning the baseboards and other problem areas we needed taken care of without prompting. It was a great experience and I will use Carpet Star again and recommend them highly.

I would give Brad at Carpet Star a 10, if I could!!! We have been using Brad from Carpet Star for 12 years both at our home and rental property for doctors. He is so professional! Works so hard to get every single stain out and does such an amazing job cleaning our carpets. It doesn't matter how busy he is or what time of day you need him, he figures out a way to make it work. Our doctors have day and night hours and many times over the years, we have had to call Brad without very much notice, and ask him to come later in the evening or on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, and he has ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR US. After using his service just once, you will have him come back every time that you need your carpets cleaned. He is the Best at what he does!!!

When my wife and I bought our home, the 1st floor carpets were dirty to the point we considered replacing them, the upstairs carpets weren't too bad, but they were green -_-. We called Carpet Star to come out and do a carpet stretching and cleaning, they were super dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. Bradley not only stretched our carpet, but cleaned it to where it looked brand new. His prices were fair, he was super reliable, and his attention to detail and commitment to getting the smallest stains out was awesome.

We were so happy, we called him 2 months later to install new upstairs carpet. Within 3 weeks he had our selected carpet ordered, and came out for the afternoon to install it with his team. He went above and beyond, and even helped us move a couple pieces of furniture to get the job done. Can't recommend him enough.

We contacted this company on short notice, after the other cleaning company never showed up or called us. We were from out of settling an estate and had to leave in 4 days. The owner was very flexible and worked us into his busy schedule. Carpet STAR did a phenomenal, amazing job!!!! There were several large carpet stains that they were able to remove, leaving the carpets looking like new and they smell great !!!! We are so grateful to this company and we highly, highly recommend them.

Brad was easy to work with and dedicated to doing a good job. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and at my convenience. I had some pet stain issues that were much improved by deep cleaning, but Brad did not make any false promises about whether he would be able to remove the odor completely. Carpets look much better and no lingering odor so far!
