Jared is extremely honest, professional, trustworthy, meticulous, and thorough. A pleasure to work. Had gutters cleaned and brightened, entire house, walkways, and garage power washed. Long overdue and our home looks new again!! We will have him back every year. Very highly recommend.

Jared/Transparent are awesome! He'd initially handled my house soft wash, windows washing inside and out, and gutters brightening; and recently returned for gutters cleaning and micromesh installation. He's wonderfully personable and kind, professional, very detail oriented, and does excellent work. I'm happy to have chosen his company!!

TPS did a fantastic job for me. They power-washed everything. My fence, patios, all the concrete, sidewalks, pavers in my garden, and front porch overhang. Everything looks absolutely beautiful, like new. I’ve never seen it look this good. The attention to detail and thoroughness made a huge difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Transparent Property Services did an amazing job cleaning the carpeting throughout our home. Jared cleaned every inch of our 5 bedrooms, hallway, stairway, and family room. Transparent Property Services were a 10/10 from start to finish. They were prompt with everything from the estimate, scheduling, and service. They were able to work around our schedule which was super helpful. Jared did a fantastic job with our carpet and upholstery cleaning. Our not so new couch felt new again and we were so happy to have freshly cleaned carpets in our new home. Still picking my jaw up off the floor. I had no clue how dirty the exterior of our house was! The before and after photos are shocking - in the best way! Jared cleaned the entire exterior of our home - driveway, fence, walkway, deck, siding, windows, and even our swing set! We absolutely LOVE the services we receive on a weekly basis. Lucia is my all time favorite. She cleans with fidelity and leaves every room spotless.

I hired Diva to come into my home and do a 2-hour cleaning. I was impressed with the work that was done by Lucia! Most of the issue in my home was the lack of organization between my kids clothes, toys (so many toys grrrr lol ) and paperwork and miscellaneous things like that that made my house look messier than it really was. Not only did she take care of this problem for me she did it so quickly that I couldn't believe it! what took her 2 hours to do would have taken me at least a week. she didn't waste time or messing around doing things that were not unnecessary she came in and she went straight to work. whatever she is being paid she needs to be paid more. Thanks to her organizational skills my home looks a lot more organized in the family room and in my daughter's room (the main trouble spots) and I had the service done at the beginning of the summer so it speaks a lot to the thoroughness of her work. I will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic company in Tampa FL!!! Very easy to get a hold of and schedule a cleaning. Friendly and professional. She explain everything that will be completed so you know what to expect from the cleaning. I will definitely be using this company again.

We've hired 3 cleaning services in as many months (move-out, construction clean-up, etc.), and this company was better than the previous 2 combined! Due to last-minute construction projects, we didn't have time to clean thoroughly prior to hosting Christmas. Latasha got us scheduled quickly, and Lucia and Taje (sp?) came out a few days later and did a fantastic job! We will definitely hire them again. Thanks!!

I get consistently good cleaning services from this team but most certainly since Lucia has been regularly assigned to clean my home. The house looks, smells and feels clean when she is through. Because the same team member comes out for each cleaning it is easier to work with her directly to confirm our schedule and move things around over the holidays or when things come up as they will from time to time. Great value for the money - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
