Brad and his team did a great job and went above and beyond

We had Brad and Jeff clean the carpet in 1 room and our stairs. Brad was very responsive and helpful with suggestions as to how to best get the dog urine smell out from our carpet. Prices were reasonable and he has been easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.

We had an old carpet replaced in our home, we were helped by Bradley, who is very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. We set up a date & time when he could come by and he was here right when he said he would be. Work was done quickly but also done correctly. The new carpet is great and Bradley went the extra mile putting a high quality padding under the carpet as well.

We had a disaster of epic proportions on Saturday. White paint on red carpeted stairs. We originally called to see if there was any way the carpet could be cleaned. This was a Sunday. The owner, Brad, came to the house to assess the damage the same day. It was necessary to replace the carpet quickly because new owners were inspecting our home in one week's time. Brad immediately sought out and obtained an exact match for the carpet and installed it on a Friday night. His work ethic is tremendous, his craftsmanship is incredible--his installation far exceeded the previous one. Over-and-above all around from the initial visit to the final product, Carpet Star describes both the company and the owner himself. Highly recommend.

Bradley and his partner were able to fit me into their schedule for a last minute cleaning job I needed done and did a great job. Friendly team and great service. I'll be calling him again when I need future cleanings.

Can not say enough good things about this company. Brad is the owner, and did most of our job. We had both carpet stretching (to get the ripples out) and then steam cleaning. Brad was professional, personable, and timely. He has an excellent work ethic, which was reflected in the final product. Our 10 year old rugs looked almost new when he was finished! Thanks Brad. Will definitely be using his services in the future, and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the Buffalo area /suburbs.

Carper star will always be my go to! Brad was so nice and very patient with me seeing he couldn’t even start the job until an hour later because I was so unprepared when he arrived. He did a same day service for me and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the results! Brad is a great guy and did a fantastic job installing new carpeting on my stairwell and upper landing. The carpet is fresh, stylish, and cut/stretched perfectly. The dimensions in my place are odd and require specialized work and Brad was able to adapt to the situation and provide a very professional looking product. Brad was also very flexible and able to conform to my schedule. I am left satisfied and would recommend these services to anyone!

We were fortunate to have found Carpet Star before moving into our new home. Brad, the owner, was easy to reach and was able to book a time that worked for us. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and really went above and beyond to make sure that our carpets and area rugs were thoroughly clean. Bradley and Justin were amazing! They were both extremely friendly, progressional and efficient. I just purchased a new home, and the carpet had a bunch of wrinkles that I kept tripping over. Bradley and Justin came, stretched the carpet, trimmed the excess and then cleaned the carpet all for an extremely reasonable price. During the process, they would explain what they were doing and why each step was required. I was extremely happy with the results. I’d highly recommend anyone that needs carpet work done to reach out to them!

Super friendly guys. They got the job done in a timely manner. The price was super reasonable. And on the way out they cleaned the rug near our front door and the welcome mat outside. If your house is anything like mine you're welcome mat probably looks like it's been through some trauma. But now mine looks brand new and that was a super kind gesture to tack on for free. I highly recommend them.

Brad and Justin did a wonderful job restoring and cleaning our carpet, which was previously decimated due to our wonderful cat. They were chill, and really helped out a whole bunch.
