    Called their phone number and got some individual persons message machine. The phone number doesn't get answered by the business. Couldn't get through to anyone that had to do with plumbing. We ended up using a different plumbing company.

    Charged close to $400 for a simple service. A quick Google search would tell you it should cost a plumber $50-$150 for this service. It was a shut off valve install to connect our existing 1/4” copper line with a braided water connector for our new fridge. The job consisted of the plumber retrieving a simple valve from a store (~$15 at Lowes) and spending 15mins putting it on (no torching involved). The plumber did not connect the braided cable we had and also took the 5 or 6ft of excess copper line he cut from behind our fridge with him. If I knew the cost up front I would have found alternatives to this costly service. Would not recommend.
