I purchased a a new hot water tank, the company I purchased with has a contract with Horberrt Heating to service there products. I was instructed to call Horberrt with a authorization code to schedule a visit for them to come out, to only be told by the lady who answered the phone e that they have customers with contracts that had AC issues so they couldn't schedule me. I said to the lady so having cool air is more important then my children having hot water . I would have understood if they had to book me a few days out or maybe if she even tried to assist me but she would not. I also understand I do not have a direct contract with them but they have one with the company that my hot water tank is covered by so wouldn't that in fact make me a contract customer by default??? It was all just very unprofessional
