Reviews of local pros in Clarence, New York

Today was the second time I've had Katie come and clean a carpet for me. Just like the first time, this one was really badly worn and tracked with dirt from being the traffic area of the house. Her process is unbelievable, the products she use is very effective, smells great, and totally made the rug look as close to being as brand new as it could get. I highly recommend Wagner carpet cleaning for any carpets in your house. She also does furniture and other things too! Just ask!

Katie did an incredible job on my carpets and vinyl flooring. I purchased a house and previous occupants had multiple animals. The amount of hair and grime she was able to remove is amazing! 100% would recommend to anyone.

Katy was punctual, friendly, and did a wonderful job on my carpets. They smell wonderful and I couldn't believe the difference . She is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend her services! Thx so much Katy👍

10/10 would recommend Katie’s services! She did such a thorough job and really took her time. Overall very happy! Easy to schedule and communicated so well before hand.

As a women owned small business, Katie has an excellent work ethic. She strives to satisfy the customer, make sure she uses the best products and her existing clients provide referral's to other customers!!! Think that says it all! While her logo lists carpeting, Katie also does furniture, floors, car & boat detailing and B&B’s….

Katie has cleaned my carpets twice so far. I'm definately a pleased and repeat customer. she is timely, prices are fair, and her low moisture machine does an outstanding job getting carpets cleaned!

We have used Wagner Carpet Cleaning twice so far and I can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful Katie has been. Her first visit was to clean the upholstery on our living room furniture and the second was to clean our bedroom and hallway carpet. I knew our couch/love seat/chair needed to be cleaned but I had no idea how bad they were until I saw how amazing they looked when Katie was done. We called her back after our dog had an accident on our bedroom carpet and Katie was quick to respond and get us in. Our carpets look like new and smell amazing!

I'll never use another cleaning service after seeing how thorough and knowledgeable Katie is. I've spent hundreds of dollars in the past on big name companies to clean our carpets, only to have stains reappear after things dry. Katie's services are above and beyond with superior results!

If anyone is looking for a carpet cleaner, I highly recommend Wagner Carpet Cleaning! Affordable price, informative, personable, and efficient! We called her for some minor kid and pet related stains and were left with brand new looking carpets !! 5 stars ⭐️

Katie is awesome! Within days she was over to do an estimate, and cleaned the carpets the same day for a reasonable price. Really worked wonders on carpets for the place we were moving into. We had little hope of them being salvageable, but they turned out amazing. Definitely would use her services again and recommend to anyone needing carpets done fast and thorough. She’s also very personable and professional. She even helped me out with god knows what was on the wall in the kitchen. She made me feel a lot better moving into this house!

Katie is timely and priced fairly. She responded immediately to my request and was able to work with my schedule. She did a great job making my apartment carpets look and feel brand new. I even had her come back to clean my car! She was very professional and I highly recommend her!

I cannot rave enough about Wagner Carpet Cleaning. I was both delighted and disgusted when I saw everything that came out of our carpet. Plus Katie’s communication was great before, during and after she cleaned our carpets. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Wagner Carpet Cleaning did an incredible job on all of my carpets. They are old and worn, but Katie's exceptional skill and attention to detail made them look fantastic! Katie is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Her desire do her very best was like a breath of fresh air. Seriously, if you need work done, call her! You will NOT be disappointed. I'd give her 6 out of 5 stars if possible! Well done, Katie! I didn't just find a new service to use, I feel like I made a new friend!

Katie did a fantastic job cleaning my overdue carpets! All deep stain spots were removed. I highly recommend Wagner Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service!

Katie did an amazing job on 2 area rugs, our living room couch and stairs! My husband and I will be welcoming home our baby soon and wanted everything sanitized since we have a big dog. Everything dried really fast, so it was nice to be able to use the couch almost right away with little down time. I will definitely be using her again!

I recently hired Wagner Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets, and I must say, Katie did an outstanding job! Katie was professional, efficient, and thorough. She arrived on time and was very respectful of my home. Not only did she remove all the dirt and stains from my carpets, but she also left them looking and smelling fresh. I was impressed with her attention to detail and the quality of work. I highly recommend Wagner Carpet Cleaning for anyone in need of a reliable and top-notch carpet cleaning service. She definitely exceeded my expectations! 🌟🧼🧹

I found Katie through the Facebook community group and I'm so glad I did! We are welcoming our 4th baby and our carpets needed a good scrub. Our carpets are well loved with a family of five plus a dog and she made our carpets sparkle and extended the life of them. I really appreciated her quick communication, tips and tricks for spot cleaning, and her joyful demeanor. I would 100% recommend and have her back to maintain the hard work she put in. She also let me know that she does upholstery cleaning and car detailing. A+ work

I would like to recommend Katie from Wagner Carpet Cleaning. She was awesome from start to finish. Prompt return call to set up an appointment, arrived on time and was very professional. She cleaned our carpet to look just like new. Also, very informative regarding organic ingredients and very little water used. I will definitely be calling Katie for future cleanings!

I was very pleased with Wagner Carpet Cleaning. My dog had an episode of diarrhea and I reached out to Katie and she was able to squeeze me in the very next day! Katie is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and takes pride in quality work. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! I’ve been having my carpets cleaned for 25 years and Katie is the best.

Just had my carpets cleaned today and they look and smell amazing!!! Katie is prompt, professional, affordable and really knows her stuff when it comes to cleaning different materials. 10/10 recommend her! Bonus: her products are non toxic and pet safe too. Hire her! You won’t be disappointed 🫶

First time having this low moisture method and was very happy with the result - dries in shorter time and more reasonable than steam cleaning I've had in the past - had whole house done plus one recliner - highly recommend

Katie did such an amazing job and was such a pleasure to work with. She had great communication prior to the appointment and was very timely. Upon meeting her, I can say she is a wonderful person and went above and beyond after we talked. She was so personable and thoughtful. Her quality of work was great and my carpets look and smell so much better. She was very informative of her process and the products she used. I have already recommended her to my parents and would definitely use her again. I booked her because of her google reviews and they turned out to all be true! :-)
