Reviews of local pros in Clarence, New York

I’m so happy I found Katie and her local carpet cleaning business. She did an amazing job cleaning and bringing life back to numerous rugs and carpets throughout my house. Her customer service is top notch! It was very easy to schedule an appointment and get a quick quote. She arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. She even went above and beyond educating me on her cleaning processes and giving cleaning tips. I would recommend this business to any of my friends looking for a low moisture carpet cleaning option that is pet friendly and non toxic. I plan on booking again!

I highly recommend Wagner Carpet Cleaning! Katie was communicative on Messenger. She was reasonably priced and did a beautiful job on my living room, stairs and upper hallway! Everything feels so nice and fresh. My rugs are not saturated with water nor do they have a chemical or perfume smell as she uses a plant based non toxic method. This was very important to me because I have a pet! Many thanks Katie! I will definitely have you do my bedroom carpeting next!

Katie was amazing to work with. She returned my call quickly. Scheduling a time that worked for both of us was very easy. She explained both the process and products she uses in an easy to understand way. Her friendly , professional attitude was another positive. And the carpets were not left saturated and dried quickly. She even followed up to see if I was happy with the results. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Do not hesitate to call and schedule, you will not be disappointed.

Katie is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had 3 rooms and a hall carpet cleaned and deodorizer. She did a great job.

I had such a great experience with Wagner carpet cleaning. They showed up right on time, were super friendly, and did an amazing job on my carpets. The carpets look so nice and clean and The whole place smells fresh and not like dog anymore. Pricing was really reasonable, and the service was quick and easy. Definitely recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned!

The white Berber Carpet on my stairs looked grey & dirty. I wondered if it would ever look white again. I'm happy to report, it does now - ever since Katie worked her magic!
The carpet on my stairs and bedroom look beautiful. Katie is lovely, a hard worker, easy to talk to & offers competitive pricing. Thank you for a job very well done.

Katie is very professional from start to finish, with fast response, very reasonable pricing, and high quality of service and amazing results. The low-moisture method she uses means that we were able to walk on our area rugs the same day, yet they were instantly cleaner, refreshed, and sanitized. The process is surprisingly fast, and the finished product was just as good, if not better, than the heavy-duty, come-in-with-a-hose system that bigger companies (who charge more) use. Best of all, I love that the solutions she uses are non-toxic... so no worries with our pets. We will definitely be calling her again for maintenance. Hugely, highly recommend!

I can’t begin to express how amazing this carpet cleaning service is!
My dog had diarrhea one night and destroyed my carpeting.
I made several calls to other services, but Katie called me within minutes and made me a priority.
Let me assure you, this woman is small but mighty! She knows her business and I can’t believe how amazing the carpet looked when she finished. I waited to leave an accurate review in case it came back up, but after several weeks, it remained bright and spot free. No soaked carpets, no smell, no stains bleeding through. She is thorough, knowledgeable and so professional.

Katie is wonderful to work with! She is very organized, attentive, and efficient! She even contacts you the following day to be sure you were pleased with the job!

We were very impressed with how our carpets looked afterwards-fresh and clean! We definitely recommend Wagner Carpet Cleaning; you’ll love Katie!

Katie did an amazing job on my three rooms, sofa, chair and ottoman. She is very personable and professional. I highly recommend her services.

My area rug is older and they warned me it would not look new and asked if I was sure I wanted to do it. No high pressure sales there😁 They made that rug look 100% better and gave me advice for cleaning spots on it over time. Came so much cleaner than the green Machine you can rent from the stores gets it. Will only have them cleaning my rugs and carpet in the future!

Katie cleaned my carpets about 8 months ago and they still look great ! It was especially appealing that she uses a low moisture system and that’s peace of mind knowing my carpets weren’t wet for a long period of time . She’s easy to communicate with , prices are great and she loves what she does ! I referred her to my step mom who is blind so her carpets get dirty FAST ! We set her up on a bi-yearly plan which is great for us . 10/10 🤩

Highly recommend! Our carpets are 25 years old and after Katie was done they look and feel like new. No soaking wet carpets, or funky smells from the moisture. We are so happy. Booking again for next year!!

Katie did a fabulous job working her magic on my living room carpet! As you can tell from my before & after pics, my carpet is much brighter now than it was before she came! She worked the kid & pet stains out and was very knowledgeable about the process. She even gave me tips on how to clean my microfiber couch! I will definitely be calling her again!

Katie did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets in my new house. She was professional and was happy to share information regarding her services. We will definitely be contacting her again!

Katie did amazing at cleaning my carpets. We have a German Shepherd puppy who tinkles when excited and a lab that sheds like crazy. Between the two of them, the hair, mud, and other smells they bring into the house was gone after Katie finished! She did great getting rid of pee spots, smell, dirt, hair, dander, the whole 9 yards! She is very knowledgeable and educates on what exactly to use for spot treatments as the soap scum in many household carpet cleaning products attracts dirt. This is my second time using her and will definitely be coming back for more when needed! THANK YOU KATIE!!

Nice location.

Best place ever

Large selection at decent prices.

Its fine. Quality issues for some of the stuff but its crazy cheap.
