Ralf has a very pleasant, informative and relaxed manner, which puts one at ease. He was on time and answered at least twenty questions, some of which I'm sure he could have thought sophomoric, plus he did more than asked of him regarding our problem; overall an enjoyable experience. l would reccomend the company to a friend.

Called to talk to arborist regarding their injection service performed on our ash tree. Arborist was not in, but my name and number were taken for subsequent return call, which never happened. A few days later I drove to their business, where I was greeted by a Do Not Enter notice taped to their entrance door, with a phone number listed to call if I wanted to talk to someone. I called the number twice from my car - no one answered either call, so I drove away. Will again try to contact an arborist there next week. 8.14.21

This experience is based on a quote I received. I have several pine trees in my yard that are being choked out by vines. I called The Tree Doctor and asked for someone to come take a look at the pine trees and give advice on what can be done about the vines.

The lady who took my call was very friendly and helpful. A couple of days later, I received an email quote for $1000, with no explanation other than the trees are diseased and need fertilizing. No information about the vines. So I called and was told to speak with the gentleman that did the quote. I will not use his name, but long story short, I did 90% of the talking during the call and had to pull the information out of him. Here's the important part, when i asked him about the vines, he said "just pull them out". Ok, that was simple enough. Unfortunately, I'm not an outdoor, landscape kind of guy. Turns out, after pulling out several of the the vines, i find out their actually Poison Ivy! I'll end it there, but I think the experience would have been infinitely better if one of the following had taken place:

1) Sorry sir, you are out of our treatment area (instead of $1000 quote)
2) Sir, based on our knowledge of trees, etc., those vines are poison ivy, we offer a service for $xxx to get rid of them. or its poison ivy and let me recommend someone who can help you.

I'm sure Tree Doctor is a great company and have served many people well, but for me, I will not reach out to them in the future.

We had a yellow jacket nest in our attic. Tried to use can of over the counter spray it didn't kill all of the bees. They came out within two days and sprayed twice in one day due to more activity. The people were very personable. We had to call him back for another spray since there was still more bees in the attic he was very professional.

Emailed the Tree Dr. and shared concerns I had about my River Birch. Emailed me back promptly and had someone stop by same day. He looked at the tree and told me the tree was fine and healthy and explained what I was seeing and why. No charge as there was no need to quote for Service. This his name was Chris. Highly recommend this company for their ethics, promptness and great service! Will 100% use them going forward.

These workers are rude and unprofessional. Shouting in mine and my daughters' faces about needing to come and go from our home. They have been outside my house all day being loud and destructive and rude . Whoever is responsible for hiring them to do this tree service for the city should be aware.

They were awesome. At my house ahead of schedule and did a great job removing a pine tree. Would recommend.

The Tree Doctor did an amazing job today. They were able to maneuver through tight spaces and cleaned up beautifully before they left. Nice work!

Wagner Carpet Cleaning is definitely a small owner operation that has my future business! Very punctual, professional and my rugs look and smell great! I can’t begin to say how happy and relieved I am. My dog had been soiling on my living room carpet in a hidden spot and I didn’t realize it until it started to smell. I could not get it clean enough or get all the smell out. Not to mention how dirty it made me feel. Katie not only got all the discoloration and smell out, but the system she uses is awesome. Katie’s process is so much better than traditional steam cleaners. The carpet/ upholstery are not soaked like steam cleaning. I also liked that she isn’t using traditional carpet shampoo/ soap that keeps wicking dirt up as it dries. She can explain her process better than I, but we absolutely loved the results.

Katie is a true blessing sent straight from God. She was so wonderful to work with as she has such a positive attitude and you can tell she truly loves what she does.

She is very educated and answered all of my questions timely and with ease.

I told my significant other this was our last hope with the carpets. We have three dogs, one of them is our old lady and the other problem child is a stubborn doxie. Over the few years we have lived here they have had their fair share of accidents in the house, almost always on the carpet.

We have tried everything, spot treatment, at home carpet cleaners, and professional hot water extraction companies. Nothing has worked, the stains and smell always return.

Katie not only explained what her process/method was but also why it worked. She even gave some advice on how to treat other accident that will most likely happen in the future.
