Edited in October: Increased to 3 stars because the company and I were finally able to resolve things, and 3 is between my satisfaction level with the mold remediation (5 stars) and my dissatisfaction with the follow-up (0 stars).

Julie and her crew did a great job on the mold in my attic, but they stepped through my bedroom ceiling. An accident, it could have happened to anyone. They promised to fix it. Julie seemed so sincere.

That was in April, and now, in September, I still can't use my bedroom. Every time I call or text, I'm told they just need to check one more thing before they can fix it. But they want their money right away.

I know I look like the lone complainer here. I read their reviews before I hired them. And that's why I can't figure out why this company hasn't done the right thing.

This company was excellent to work with. I had a fire in my home last week and they came in and cleaned up as soon as they could. I would definitely recommend this company. Julie was really helpful and supportive in getting what I needed done to ease the stressful situation. Peace of mind and great work is very hard to find nowadays and this company has it all! Thank you Julie and the rest of the crew!

Left debris behind. Basement floor looks to have dried sewage smell is yet persistent. I would NOT recommend. State Farm should not have recommended this company either. It seems they did mediocre work because the insurance was covering the bill.

ServiceMaster did an incredible job in cleaning out my basement. We had a huge sewage backup and they came immediately after I called and could not have been more professional. They worked many hours clearing out and disposing items for us and also came back everyday day for almost a week to make sure the air was purified . I would highly recommend ServoceMaster to anyone!

We had a leaking pipe in a bathroom while we weren’t home. ServiceMaster Recovery by Close was at our home removing damaged flooring, vanity, and wallboard within 2 hours of being called. Julie and her team were very responsive and did a thorough job of removing damaged materials and cleaning and mold remediation. The team working here were friendly, and answered any questions or concerns we had. I’d highly recommend them.
