Called for service at 10pm and the company came out an hour later. I had a sewage pipe burst in my basement! 2 feet of water and sewage. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend this company! Call them you wont be disappointed!

I had storm water that made it into my basement …about 3 feet deep and Superclean came and sucked it all up. Left the equipment and loved the work they did and they were courteous prompt on time and did an amazing job. Definitely could give more stars if possible !!!

My basement in WNY flooded at the absolute worst time...Memorial Day weekend, while I was in California. I struggled with another provider for days as the problem got worse and then was referred to Kevin at Superclean. He and his crew was there the next morning, on a Saturday, with the dumpster ordered and a ton of drying equipment. By that night, the basement was clean and the damage was contained. Price was less than the competition. The one guy and business throughout the process that did exactly what they said!

Superclean, came out and cleaned my Basement Rug for me, They did an Excellent job. The Rug looked brand new when they were done cleaning. They made sure I was happy with the Job. I highly recommend them 5 Star service

Kevin & Jacob showed up on time and did an amazing job...The apartment had been trashed with feces, rotten food, dirty dishes the smell was unbearable..These guys in a few hours did such a great job at a very reasonable price....CALL THEM!!!! you will be very HAPPY

I can’t recommend this company enough. My basement flooded. I called the company and Kevin got right back to me. He reassured me that he would be out the next day and he did. He and his son quickly went to work and within the day the basement was cleared out and cleaned. He checked in every day to see how the fans and dehumidifiers were working to dry out the basement. Kevin immediately reached out to the insurance adjuster and set things in motion. He was very reassuring during the process and relieved much of my worry. I can’t thank Kevin and his son Jacob enough for a job well done.

Superclean WNY did a wonderful job restoring my flooded basement. Their response time was exceptionally fast. The workers were very professional and kept to the task of cleaning the basement as quickly as possible. I appreciated the fact that they took care during the drywall removal to cut to the chalk strike line so that drywall replacement would be easier. The steam cleaning and disinfection of the basement floor resulted in a very clean floor surface that smelled nice. I would highly recommend Superclean WNY should you have a flooding issue at your home.

I recently used super clean to come to my home due to a busted water pipe on the second floor of my home. I had severe water damage. They immediately came and did an amazing job. Their entire staff was prompt and courteous. How they handled the situation and reassured me that they could take care of it at such a stressful time was very reassuring,. They were able to remove all the water and salvage more of the damaged items than I could have ever imagined. There equipment is amazing!! They dried everything out and I was amazed by how quickly they did it. I would highly recommend Kevin and his entire crew at super clean. Superclean was incredibly responsive, stayed in close touch as we tried to work with our insurer, and took care of our flooded basement within the same day. Kevin was a true pleasure to work with, our basement looks and smells great, and we have peace of mind about mold. We'd call them again in a heartbeat if our basement takes on water again!

Superclean did an amazing job assisting with cleanup services after we had a flood in our basement. They ripped up the carpets and did a great job handling the water damage we had. Kevin and his son were super professional/knowledgeable and the experience with the company was A1. Hopefully we never have to use them again but I’d definitely recommend them to anyone that wants an A1 experience during a disastrous time.

I had 3 rugs that I was sure the stains could not be removed. Jake did an amazing job in restoring the rugs to like new condition. Professional, courteous, and reasonable. I would highly recommend this young man.

Sabino and his team were easy to work with. They started the job on time, were fairly priced and stuck to the contract agreement without any hidden fees. He communicated well throughout the whole project and showed pride in his work. Two years after he finished the job, he drove by and saw a piece of fascia missing from the house from a winter storm. Sabino took it upon himself to fix the fascia the day he saw it!

The work was done so professionally and on time. It was a pleasure working with Sabino and his crew. I would highly recommend Scarpone and Sons!
