After ice damage this winter, we needed to have all of our gutters replaced. Ashley and her crew were responsive, hard-working, friendly, and professional. Not only did they do a great job with the gutters, but the work crew cleaned everything up afterwards. We are so pleased!

We had a great experience with Scarpone and Sons. They did what they said they were going to do for the reasonable price they quoted. They arrived on the scheduled day and finished ahead of schedule. The crew were all polite and knew what they were doing and did it well including a thorough clean-up. We would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

Excellent quality and customer service! It was so refreshing working with Ashley. She was very flexible and willing to provide us with numerous quotes to best fit our needs. We love the windows. Installation was very fast and the crew did an excellent job. The quality is far better than other window purchases we have made in the past. We can already tell they are far more energy efficient and as a whole we feel safer as a family. We will definitely be back in the future!

Sabino was amazing! All I had to do was give him my idea and he found the best quality doors for my home. The install was quick and the work looks amazing. Everything was cleaned up as if it no work was even done. I will definitely use this company for future needs.

It can be difficult these days to find contractors that are honest and trustworthy. Sabino and Ashley make sure to provide honesty and communication with any of their clients. If you need anything done on your home, reach out to Scarpone and Sons to get a quote. Multiple quotes should be standard practice for any project. But making sure one of those quotes is from Scarpone should be included in that standard practice.

Sabino and Ashley were outstanding to work with. Both owners were hands on and upfront, including being there for the start of my roof and gutter replacement project and walking through the finished product before final payment. Sabino will go through his very competitive quote with you and explain his product material recommendations to you, as well as be up on the roof making sure his staff has clear direction. Project manager(s) were on site at all times. I researched all his product recommendations and he was spot on. Ashley will work with your HOA to make the architectural application runs smoothly, as well as clearly communicate all business end aspects to you. There was even a conflict with the date to start with a driveway sealing and they adjusted to make sure the project took place before the sealing so as not to damage the sealing. There was minor issue with the gutter installation (subcontracted as most companies do) and the concern was addressed within 2 hours of informing them. Scarpone and Sons earned my trust and they will be my first call for any future projects on my house

Reached out through website regarding snow and ice removal from roof as I was getting a leak due to ice damming. Company got back to me quite promptly the very same day. Came back with a reasonable price to get the work done

We hired Scarpone and Sons for two projects. The first was a smaller landing attached to our three season porch. They came highly recommended by another contractor and their quality of work / attention to detail made it easy to understand why they are so respected among other contractors.

The second project was a rebuild of our back deck. They presented us with a variety of different options and were committed to making sure that we arrived at a final product that we would be happy with. Their pricing is competitive and the quality of their work is superior. Everyone who has seen the deck, whether it be friends, family, other contractors, or even inspectors, have commented about how nice it looks.

I have some other work that needs to be done with respect to my three season porch. When it comes time to do that work, they will be the first company that I will call.

Sabino and Ashley came out and assessed our roof leak inside and out. They were both very professional and listened to our problem. Sabino got on the roof and inspected “everything “! He found the problem and showed us why the roof was leaking. He did some repairs and we will see if this works. If it doesn’t work we will definitely have them back to complete and fix the problem! They went above and beyond expectations! In my line of work I would rate them “highly effective “!

While the actual installation date for my windows was a bit later than I had initially expected, I was very happy with the end result. I had four very large leaky windows, and Scarpone & Sons replaced them all. All buttoned up tight. We have had several driving rains since installation and they've remained dry as a bone. Very pleased.

I had Scarpone and Sons put a new roof, siding, and gutters on my garage. I also had them put a new window and door in my garage. They knocked down a wall in my home as well for an open concept look, reinforced the ceiling, and even found someone to do drywall and paint that I needed done. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Many contractors want to get in and out quick. I found Scarpone and Sons to be very methodical. They are not in a rush. Their primary concern is the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience dealing with Sabino and Ashley. They came right out for the estimate and quoted a reasonable price for replacing the roof. When they scheduled the replacement roof, they were on time. They also finished the project in one day and cleaned up all the debris from the old roof

Sabino and Sons Inc. did a great job revitalizing this storefront facade project. They completed what was under the scope's contract, and executed the work very well and in a timely manner. The work matched the provided drawings accurately. Minor issues that were noticed were addressed right away.

What started as a window water leak project I thought I could take on in a couple days, turned into finding rot under every window on the house. Scarpone and Sons had done window work for me a year prior and they were the first company that came to mind when I made the decision to not only fix the rot, but re-side the entire house. From start to finish, they were awesome when it came to the estimate, to meeting and picking out siding, right through to the end. They made my vision for how I wanted the house to look, a reality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade the look of their home

My wife Barb and I attended the Buffalo home show this spring and signed up for 5 estimates from various window installers. One of which was Scarpone and Sons. They were the only independent contractor in the group, the others were self-branded companies. Sabino and Ashley were the first one’s to come to the house, and we were really impressed with their personable and honest conversation. BEFORE we had any more in-person visits from the others, we had a full quote from Sabino and multiple follow up emails. We even ended up canceling the last two appointments; we had learned enough.

Forget about all the contractor horror stories you are worried about…that will NOT happen with Sabino, Ashley and their team. We can’t say enough about their communication, integrity, workmanship and professionalism. My wife even felt perfectly at ease with them alone when I wasn’t home.

When we decided to replace all of our windows (22), I was expecting it to feel like replacing a hot water heater or furnace. Expensive, but with no real “improvement”. I can honestly say, that couldn’t be less true…we are soooo happy with the final result. Their exterior finish work is so impressive and they totally created a “WOW” factor from both inside and outside.

We will definitely have them come back when we need our front entry way door replaced!
