When our central air conditioner stopped working during a heatwave, I thought it would be at least a week before I could get it replaced. I called Emerald Heating and Cooling, located in Depew, NY, and spoke to Scott, an HVAC specialist. Scott was at our home within an hour. His estimate was thorough and he made us comfortable with both product and price. He explained all our options and helped us make the right choice. Due to a scheduling change, Ryan, an installation technician, was able to start the job that morning. Ken, the crew chief and Zander, another installation technician, joined Ryan and they got to work. These men worked nonstop until the job was completed that day, during which Scott returned to make sure everything was going as planned. They answered every question, explained every detail, and were very knowledgeable in their field. They were polite, respectful, and left the job site spotless. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I had a great experience with Emerald! Caleb was my tech and was very kind! Everyone I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment were so kind as well. Caleb answered all of my questions and was able to solve my water leak. Although it was pricier than anticipated, I appreciated being able to make a next day appointment for peace of mind. Definitely recommend!
