Service representative was incredibly rude…told me he couldn’t fix my refrigerator and then hung up on me. I feel like I’ve taken customer service crazy pills🤦🏻♂️
I recommend Appliance Repair Little Neck NY’s home appliance services to everyone who needs professional aid with their kitchen and laundry implements. I was very satisfied with their results with my damaged garbage disposer. It wouldn’t start, so the technician opened it up and determined the issue and fixed it right away.
I called, they answered and the tech (Harold) came to my home the very same day, on time. The part had to be ordered. He called me back when it came in, returned and did the job. I asked for a very early appointment and he very willingly complied. Clean, neat and well done.
Not sure what is going on with this appliance repair company. Called on a Sunday night and they told me they would call me in the morning. They didn't call so I called them Monday morning. They said they would fit me in between 10am and 1 pm. Showed up at 1:45 and I didn't receive any calls that they were running late. There is a $75 service fee to access the problem. Tech said it was $400 for the control board for my GE fridge and with fees etc my total would be a little over $600 with tax. The GE store sells it for $200 but it would take a week and I was trying to save $500 worth of groceries so I paid the $75 fee and when the tech walked out the door I called the base right away to make sure they could squeeze me in on Tuesday because the tech said they had the part at the warehouse. The lady told me she would call me by the end of the day. No call, so I called her and she said, we are closed now so I will send a message and you will know tomorrow. It's 10:10 and no one has called me. I moved on. I would not recommend if you are in an urgent situation. I also think the price was too high, for about $400 more I could buy a new fridge.
