My 7-year-old stove had already broken down once before and I called Appliance Repair Oakland Gardens which is a trusted appliances repair service in town to repair it at the time. Yesterday, it broke down again and considering how old it is, I considered buying a new one already but I still wanted to try and give it another chance to be fixed so I dialed the same company again. They mended to it quickly this time as well! They’re amazing.

I scheduled a recheck appointment for my washing machine, which this company repaired a few weeks ago but it making noise during washing. The appointments was confirmed for today at 10-1pm after several calls to arrange it. I called the company at 12:45 pm and was told the technician would contact me, but I have not heard back and visit from the technician. Its 1:30 pm now. Its not a professional way to provide customer care after a job is completed but has problem weeks after.
