The guys who came were great. On time, got right to the problem and fixed it, polite, friendly. All good, but price was outrageous for what they had to do. Not their fault, but I'll try someone else before using company again.

Completely horrible service, waited 2 hours and no show no one called i had to call and had to reschedule because the technician wouldn't answer his phone i declined the offer. Better find another contractor that puts their customers 1st

Ritchie is the man. I was 10 minutes late arriving in a snow storm. He was waiting patiently and didn't make a deal out of it. Plumbing is a labor of love and Richie's glass is full.

The work was a sewer line clean out between the house and the main line. Sewage was backing up into the basement :(. Rotorooter got me fixed up.

I was very impressed by the quick response and availability of service. I scheduled late at night, for an 8am-10am service to clear out a backup in my sewer drain. I was given a notification text that my tech was on the way at 9am. John #2699 was my technician. He was very polite and knowledgeable, did a great job and finished up quick and efficiently.

Both technicians were on time, very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job getting us up and running. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the problem and what has to be done to get it repaired. I would highly recommend them again.

Albert did a excellent job. Made an online appt and it went very smooth. Albert crawled under my mobile home for 1 water leak and found 2.more leaks. He fixed them all.I give a 5 star performance to the staff.at roto rooter.

Albert was great! We had sewer backed up into our basement and it was Memorial Day. I called and they were able to get someone out within a few hours. He cleared it all out! Very happy with the service!

I called for an appointment and had one setup. I understood that I would be fixed as soon as possible. Would have been done sooner however flooded basements take priority.
The techs that came out were diligent, fast and informative. I will definitely use their services again. Albert and the other gentleman are an asset to the team.

John was very pleasant and helped me with my water problem. He was patient and answered all my questions and reassured me that he could help. John is a great example of what a fantastic company should look like. I will definitely continue to be a customer. 10 stars for John!

David Schnittker spent three hours snaking our kitchen and laundry room drain it’s connected. We couldn’t figure out why it kept backing up and after a few times of getting all the smudge out, the drain runs smooth. We just had you come here for our toilets and you fix that as well, so we’re really happy with Roto-Rooter, but especially David!!

Albert was professional, knowledgeable and clean with his work. It's hard having strangers in your home but he made it a comfortable experience. Good work

Had a sewer line backup and called for emergency service at 8 PM. Original estimate was 2-3 hours. After a little more than an hour I was notified previous job was running behind, which happens. I called to make sure someone was actually still going to come that night as I wanted to get the issue resolved immediately so we could use water again… I was told they would be coming after their next job but they had no estimate to how long that would be. At 12 AM I get notified someone will be arriving in 30-45 mins and I confirmed they should come. Then I get a call 45 mins later (almost 1 AM) that technician had technical issue and they need to reschedule for the morning.

Needless to say I was very annoyed I didn’t just make a morning appointment to begin with and go to bed at a reasonable time OR call another company when they were running behind their previous job. So now I needed to go to bed and didn’t have the ability to use water without causing more issues, to get up early and hope there wasn’t going to be any further delays. They did offer a discount for the inconvenience, but I do wish they would have just told me to call another company if I wanted it resolved ASAP/yesterday evening instead of what happened.

The only thing that turned this around into a 4 star review was Albert. He was ahead of schedule. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Explained what he would do to resolve and got to work. Completed the work quickly and efficiently. Checked that everything was working appropriately, then walked through recommended next steps. Overall very friendly and super helpful. Had they showed up last night and it was Albert they sent, absolutely would have been 5+ star review.

Outstanding services from Marty and Albert. Both Arrived on time on separate occasions. Very professional, diligent and thorough. They explained the challenging problem. Excellent troubleshooting to solve the problem. They went the extra mile and worked tirelessly to keep the cost affordable. Highly recommend Marty or Albert.

Ronald did a great job fixing the toilet. He taxed me and charged me a whopping 496.00 but he did a top notch job. He was fast, efficient, and did really exceptional work. He was a great communicator keeping me informed and looped in the process.

To say that these guys are excellent trivializes, the true greatness of who they are and what they do. They have an angel that works there by the name of ALBERT. This man when I say he went over in above to help us with compassion with patience and with empathy, I’ve never seen in a company before Roto router is supreme. Don’t go anywhere else.

Dave came to clear our kitchen drain. He was very thorough with checking things out and with his explanation of what was happening. He was conscientious about keeping our house clean, and he even offered to help me put my items back under the sink! It was a breeze to get an appointment that was convenient to me…I never thought I could get the day and time I needed with such ease!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. My sewer line backed up about 2 hrs before a party. I called to schedule an emergency appointment; they were at my house 45 mins after I called. John and his partner were insanely efficient and knowledgeable. Not only did they fix the blockage they gave me an in depth understand of how my sewer system works which explained other issues if was facing and options moving forward. After they were finished, Robert came out to discuss clean up options. Insanely professional and efficient. Well worth it!!!
