I had a problem with my kitchen sink where the water was coming out of the pipes due to a washer loosening up. The technician John came out and was very polite and upfront about pricing which was very affordable. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes which was great. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We were devastated at Christmas time after paying a local "professional " to fix underground pipes. We learned we had a sewage issue and we're told that they can fix it. The quote was a blatant attempt to take advantage of us. Especially knowing I'm disabled. I reached out to Roto Rooter for a 2nd opinion to learn prayers get answered. They realized we were in a vulnerable situation, but immediately dispatched 3 separate employees. 1st gave me advice for a LESS expensive immediate fix. Gave us a thorough explanation of how our old house worked. Knowledgeable, patient honest. Next gentleman arrives, we uses the machine to cut through our blockage so we can shower without our basement filling with feces. He gave us hope. Knowledgeable, courteous, patient and honest. Finally a supervisor came. He ran this very technical camera in both directions. Although he met with great resistance, he pushed on instead of blaming us why he can't see like other companies do. When the quote came back, to fix everything to where the new repair will give us worry free til after we pass on. I was pleased that although it remains an expensive repair, I felt for the amount of resources and manpower, it was more than reasonable. I cannot say enough of how much I appreciated being serviced by Knowledgeable hardworking honest techs. If youre interested your 50s like us and weighing whether it's worth the fix, call these guys 1st. I assure you, all 3 are stand up guys. If you're like me, mutual respect earns my business and it should earn yours too.

Ron came to take care of my clogged toilet. He discovered the problem and got right to work. Before I knew it, he had the clog repaired and the toilet flushing. He took care of a problem that I tried at least four times to fix. He also gave me some good advice in case the problem happened again, which was a bonus that I didn’t expect. Excellent service!

I was very satisfied with the work Matt, Jack and Dylan did to get my sewer unclogged. They worked long and hard in the cold weather. The price was very reasonable!! Highly recommend!!

They were out within an hour to snake my main sewer line. They didn't rush it, being very thorough with the job. After the sewer liberal was clear, they sent a camera crew out to look at the condition of the sewer line, explained what issues it had and discussed remediation to prevent tge line from clogging again. Very happy with the service.

We recently contacted Roto Router to clear a clogged drain in our kitchen. We were able to schedule an appointment using the website Friday night for Saturday morning. Our technician, Ronald, was quick, efficient and provided us with an accurate estimate of the job!

Marty showed up like I was the first customer of his day. He was nice and polite and generally concerned about the problem. As promised he told me he would discuss with me along the way what was happening - he didn’t rush didn’t make a mess and treated me with kindness and respect.
I would ask for Marty every time I need some help!

Well,Used Roto about 1 1/2 ago pleased with process. From notification on tech arrival and service to get our main sewer cleared. So figure I reach out again as we were aware with report of roots but got through and us cleared. Past week had similar issue so re called Roto seeing above service satisfactory. This time was little tougher. I’d called stated be there Sun between 1-3. If cancelled important family plan to take care of this urgent priority. Understanding things can get behind as reason for window. I waited and waited. Finally at 3:45 I receive a call from Roto asking if I still need service ? I expressed my urgency and personal on phone said well we don’t have anyone today to take care of that. Rather in disbelief and totally disappointment call had dead ended with guess I’m out of luck have to try someone else. After few minutes I recalled to why ? Had to reschedule next day between 5-7 pm. I waited waited finally at 8:45 tech contacted me after few phone inquired on status as wasn’t going to repeat from previous day. Tech arrived Gabriel very friendly and accommodating. Got us cleared through actually nice enough to run snake operation twice to double check. Also checked flow operation. I commend him for his friendly service ! Just very stressful with wondering and waiting, several follow up calls to get to point of tech getting there.

Great service! Scheduling the appointment online was easy. Great communication from the dispatch office notifying me when my technician would arrive. Albert was very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed my issue quickly and knew how to address it, which he did.

The entire experience I had with guys were great. From scheduling, to service tchs, to billing, it was all smooth and efficient.

Specifically my service tech was extremely helpful, as well. Knowledgeable, efficient, understanding; the very traits you want when having anything done with plumbing.

Really appreciate the service of the supervisor Matt coming out to assess the drain clogged of roots with the camera and give a fair and thorough assessment of the work done with a plan on how to fix things going forward! He was great in breaking down the issue, and explaining it all on what options I had to get it fixed. Highly recommend, Matt!

Dylan was the first to come out to assist then Matt came the next day with a camera. He was very thorough in his findings. Gave me a clear breakdown of what was wrong and what could be done to fix the problem. Service was top notch and Roto Rooter as a whole is very quick to come out and help

I don’t recommend Roto-Rooter. Plumber was over 3 hours late from when they said he would show up. Customer service was called 3 times and each time told me he was on his way and would be there in 30-45 minutes. Not true. No one could tell me the price to snake out the clog until he was already there. It was $610 for less than an hour service! Way too expensive. I would not recommend Roto-Rooter.

Had to hire another plumbing company to fix the problem that the roto rooter technician didn’t fix and charged me $600 for

Matt and Richie… really great people and their work was incredible. Upfront about everything and very helpful. I was aware of every step along the way and they really know what they’re doing. I would give them 1million stars if I could. Professionalism and common courtesy goes along way. Thank you guys. Will recommend Roto Rooter to anyone asking for similar assistance in the future

I called Customer Service and the lady was very nice, but unfortunately she didn’t listen to me properly and sent out someone that couldn’t even tackle the job. I went through for five of these types of people after the other guy came out and couldn’t do the job because he wasn’t qualified Until I was able to finally get a hold of someone a district manager I believe named Patrick that helped me and got a master plumber out to take care of the job that I originally called about in the first This gentleman came out and did a fantastic job outside of a few minor incidents that he took care of work was done satisfactory finally after a 12 hour day of dealing with people the master Plumber left at about 930 10 o’clock What a day More than 100 people

Roto-Rooter did an excellent job. My rental property have tankless hot water tanks. I ordered the piece from the company and they came and fixed it and everything is working perfectly. The guy they sent to my house he was very nice and he was training Someone so this is very good that he learned how to fix a tankless hot water tank. I definitely give them five stars for getting the job done. AOsmith

Matt, did a great job! The service was quick, same day. He determined the problem to be a blockage which I could fix myself and therefore gave me the option to do that part myself and save money rather than pay a high fee for a minimal fix. He offered to return if needed. All and all a great experience!
