So fast, efficient and friendly ‼David S. arrived within an hour of my non-emergency call, was very knowledgeable, knew what was wrong within minutes and took care of it; had 2 site supervisors stop by just to check that everything was good going forward and didn't break the bank. Service for a blocked sewer line was exceptional. We needed service on a Sunday morning and after our call was placed to a very understanding representative, our plumber arrived in about one hour. He was very attentive, identified the issue quickly, and the problem was rectified within an hour. The service charge was very reasonable, especially given that it was a Sunday morning and that the problem was solved so quickly. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter.

After a pipe froze and burst in our attic, flooding the room below, Roto-Rooter dispatched two teams to handle the situation.

The Plumbing Team: The first team handled the immediate repairs and some preventative upgrades. They replaced the damaged lines in the attic with PEX to help prevent future bursts. While on-site, they also installed backup shut-off valves for our second floor and removed an outdated inline water softener. This team was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up their workspace after the repairs were complete.

The Remediation Team: The second team arrived to handle moisture management. They took initial readings, blocked off the affected area, and left a dehumidifier running to manage the environment while we wait for the insurance adjuster. Because we are waiting for that approval before they can fully begin the restoration, I cannot yet provide full feedback on the final results, but their initial setup was thorough.

Overall: The response has been prompt and the plumbing work was top-notch. I appreciate the proactive steps they took to stabilize the water damage immediately.

I went to the East Aurora Irr store with a plumbing conundrum and the young man who assisted me couldn't have been more helpful. After determining the part I was trying to replace was inadequate to the task and of poor design, he went about building me a quality part that would fit the application. His colleagues contributed their expertise when needed and I left the store with a plumbing work of art! Thank you all.

They always have what you need or can get it in two shakes of a lamb's tail! I have friends who do a lot of business with Irr Supply Center and they love that place, and that's because they have or can get what you need! There is always some one nice waiting to help you!
