When I first booked them, I needed cleaning service asap, it was a last minute request and they were able to assist that same day which was on a Sunday afternoon within hours. It was a very easy process. Now they come every month. They bring their own supplies/materials upon request. The scheduling and communication are efficient, they’re easy to talk to. We have fur babies and they work around them so well. My husband and I appreciate their cleaning, they’re so detailed, treat your home delicately, leaving our home smelling nice and fresh. I reached out to this company for details a while back and I just didn't have the time to go back and make an appointment, even though I wanted/needed to. Luckily enough, they reached out just when I thought I would start to look again. Leading up to the day of the appointment, there was clear communication and confirmation of time/address and everything in between. I came home to a clean smelling home without any overpowering scents from cleaning supplies. The owner gave me a quote without ever coming to my house. He later sent a woman with no proper cleaning supplies. She arrived with no mop, a small toy-like vacuum, one spray bottle, and even used a Swiffer with a paper towel. I had explicitly requested three cleaners for a post construction job, but instead he sent a random woman and her husband, who is a handyman and not a cleaner. When I raised concerns, the owner Justin claimed I never told him it was post construction, even though I clearly did. He then told me they could come back to fix the spots but that I would have to pay extra.

This was completely unprofessional and misleading. Disgusting service and I will never use them again.

Best decision I've made ! The stress of cleaning your home on top of work is such a mental burden. I found crystal breeze on IG and they reached out via text and responded so quickly to all my queries. The whole process took less than two hours for me to select the product/package I wanted to do. With an easy breakdown of their services it was pretty hard to say no! Their customer service is incredible, someone was texting me and then easily reached via phone to hash out all questions. They did not harrass or pester me like some other companies online have done but provide no valuable information. The day of the cleaning Monica was promptly there on time and thoroughly cleaned all the rooms and bathrooms as discussed. She did a great job and I'm so excited to have her come back! 100/10 if I could give you guys ! Thank you

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company in my life. The girl booking appointments is SO rude!

I messaged in and made it clear MULTIPLE different times I was looking for a deep cleaning with focus on our baseboards.

After getting me booked, they were supposed to be here at 10am today. At 11, they messaged me they had to reschedule.

When the girl finally came, she did a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning as we discussed a ton of times, and of course didn’t touch my baseboards at all.

We asked the girl to please clean them and she said she couldn’t because I had only booked a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning.

After messaging “the boss” about my concerns, she proceeded to start asking me “what I was confused about” and blaming the cleaner for being clueless. Then, she charged my card.

Terrible terrible experience- save your money and go with someone who has integrity.

am writing to formally complain about the disappointing experience I had with your company on 18/11/24 . I hired your “gold deepclean package” for 600$
to deep-clean my house, expecting the professional service your website promises. Unfortunately, what I received was far from acceptable.

Firstly, the cleaners arrived an hour late without providing any prior notice. They did not appear professional in their demeanor or attire, as they wore mismatched uniforms without your company’s logo. Moreover, they brought very few supplies, some of which were visibly dirty and unsuitable for proper cleaning.

Throughout their time in my home, they skipped several areas that were explicitly mentioned in the package description, such as the kitchen countertops and the living room furniture. Even the areas they claimed to have cleaned were left in a substandard condition. To make matters worse, one of the cleaners accidentally knocked over a decorative vase and broke it but failed to acknowledge or apologize for the incident.

When I brought up these issues, they insisted the job was complete and refused to address any of my concerns. After they left, I attempted to contact your customer service for clarification and resolution but have not received any response.

I am incredibly disappointed by this experience and feel scammed, given that I paid the full amount upfront for a service that was not delivered as promised. I expect a full refund for the payment I made and compensation for the broken vase. Additionally, I strongly urge you to investigate this matter to prevent such incidents in the future.

After our first service we booked monthly cleaning. Everything was done with consideration for our specific house at reasonable prices. Justin is flexible and always available by phone and his employees were pleasant and eager to please! Very happy to welcome this company into our home!

Management is professional and works with your budget. I have used this cleaning service 3 times thus far and will continue to use them because the cleaners do a great job, they are pleasant and professional as well. I have no complaints here or suggestions for improvements. I highly recommend this team to service your home/business.
