We used Crystal breeze cleaning after having a party and they provided great service, great work and we were very happy with everything.

I have this company come clean for me every week and will highly recommend their services . Being a working family with kids the apartment is often neglected but Crystal breeze cleaning takes the worry off my shoulders. I recently hired Crystal Breeze for a deep clean of my home and a Declutter of my garage and I couldn’t be more ecstatic with the results. From the booking process to the arrival of the cleaning crew, the entire process was seamless. The one thing I was most impressed with was the attention to detail, specifically in tight kitchen areas, the floors, and bathrooms. Writing this review for my mother, cannot believe what happened.

One cleaner came at 8:30 left at 1030 without saying a word. The house was still half dirty and there was no form of communication, then Justin reached out to us asking how our experience was and obviously we were not satisfied as our house is filled with dust, no sink was touched as well as the bathrooms.

Justin immediately defends his worker by advising that she left to get floor cleaner which we already have an abundance of and had presented to her.

There was back and forth between him and my mother and then Justin goes “if you want it fixed, we will send another cleaner”.

Do not trust this service, extremely sketchy.

I would give zero stars if I could. I hired this cleaning company for a service that cost me $300, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Not only did they fail to deliver the quality service promised, but one of their cleaning chemicals caused a severe allergic reaction in my son, requiring an emergency trip to the hospital. I had no idea their equipment or chemicals would pose such a risk.While I left to rush my son to the hospital the company charged my card, and the cleaner left.

The worst part? After paying $300 for what I thought would be a thorough cleaning, I was left with an unsafe home and medical bills. When I reached out to the company to report the incident and ask for a refund, they were completely unresponsive. It’s clear that they have no regard for the safety or well-being of their customers.

I will never use this company again, and I urge anyone reading this to stay far away. If you value your health and hard-earned money, avoid them at all costs!

First off, I just want to confirm I’m not a FAKE account. This company seems to be getting a bunch of fake reviews which is a red flag.

My experience with Crystal Breeze cleaning service was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor—Justin never gave a confident answer, often mumbling in a soft, unclear feminine tone. His business practices are also questionable. He takes your card information and charges you three days before the cleaning, which feels unnecessary and deceptive. On top of that, he provides two different prices—one cheaper through Zelle. I initially paid via Zelle after the first service, but when I requested to do the same for the second payment, he charged my card instead, causing me to have extra fees that could have been avoided.

Punctuality was another major issue. The first cleaning crew arrived two hours late, and the second time, they were 30 minutes late. For the second service, I had an elderly woman named Monica, who missed a few spots. I didn’t say anything because I felt bad due to her age, but at the end of the day, I shouldn’t have to point out missed areas—it should be done right the first time. What made me even more uncomfortable was that she repeatedly asked me to tell her boss she was “doing a good job and not slacking” when he came to pick her up. The fact that she felt the need to ask that multiple times made the situation feel off.

On top of that, when Justin came to say hello to me, he was wearing pajamas. He’s a grown man looking like a little boy—it was completely unprofessional and just added to the overall lack of professionalism in how he runs his business.

Due to these shady business practices and lack of professionalism, I decided to cancel a scheduled cleaning five days in advance. Even with this reasonable notice, I was still charged two cancellation fees. Justin’s excuse? “We only give discounts to customers who have recurring cleanings.” I had two cleanings done, which is recurring. Then he suddenly claimed a minimum of six cleanings was required—but he never mentioned this when I first signed up. When I called him out, he simply said, “It’s in our company policy.” But let’s be real—no one is digging through online policies before booking a cleaning service. Not disclosing that information up front is misleading and, in some cases, legally questionable.

He had no issue accepting the tip I gave, but then unfairly charged me 2 cancellation fees. I asked him how much and he stated “ ~$14” , I look at my statement and I was charged $16+. It’s not the amount I have an issue with, it’s the fact he can’t give a clear confident answer. This company conducts business in an underhanded way, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid them.

Justin- to respond to your comment. You're claiming "I cancelled my appointment 24 hours within my appointment." That is anything but the truth, I've attached a screen shot of our text asking you to cancel my appointment for Feb 2nd, 2025 on Wednesday Jan 29th, 2025.

Also, i see you mentioned your policies you so strictly adhere to, so explain to me if i cancelled 24 hours before my appointment, why didn't you charge me a $50 cancellation fee?

It's because we both know I didn't cancel 24 hours before my appointment. Proving my point you conduct business in a shady way by spreading false information.

Very great communication and service! Was able to get a deep cleaning in just a few days and the job was beautiful!! Really appreciated how easy the experience was & will definitely be using for all cleaning services in my future & would recommend to friends and family !! Justin is awesome. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. I have 3 air bnbs that his team cleans and haven’t gotten one bad review. I switched over to him from another cleaning crew and it’s been very successful since. Justin is great to communicate with. Always gets back to me ASAP. He’s been available early mornings and late nights. We wouldn’t know how we could make this work without his amazing team. He plays a huge role in our business and it wouldn’t be as successful without him. There needs to be more than a 5 star rating for these guys. You won’t regret using these guys trust me!

I've never experienced such poor
unprofessional service. Move on to the next cleaning service. Do not even bother calling this company!. The cleaning ladies left half my house untouched even though I spent time with the owner going over specifics prior to the appointment. This was a terrible choice! I have never been so attacked by someone
calling themselves an owner of a service company. He continued to make excuses and try to place blame on me(the customer). I called to discuss my disatisfaction with the terrible quality of cleaning and I was met with accusations of not sending pictures and not having explained myself well enough (which was not the case). He was not willing to do the right thing by the customer. I would not recommend this company!!
