Not a Great experience at all. Job was not finished. Cleaners left without even saying they were leaving. Half the job was done. When first reaching out to the business informed the number of rooms and even told them the square footage. Didn't ask for a deep clean just a standard and frankly doesn't seem like the areas that were cleaned were well done. Business doesn't seem to be professional. Will not be recommending to anyone. I'll say the one thing they do well is communicate. The owner will profusely text you to justify the half done work. Hope the owner will do some self-reflecting. In short feel cheated. I was looking for some help in a desperate situation and this business did not deliver. I'm sure they will try to justify themselves reading this review. Clearly seems like other people had similar issues based on reviews below.

Update: Seems like management is not unified on decisions. This was the initial response to this review I have attached below- which has since been deleted. Just wanted to show how inconsistent this so-called business is. The guy we spoke to "Justin" was extremely rude on the phone. This business is clearly a joke.

Paid for a detailed cleaning they did an amazing job .. Joanna is the best . she cleans thoroughly.. she was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended! !

Today was my first service appointment with Crystal breeze Cleaning. I was with the same cleaning people for years and they just got so lazy. I came home today and was so happy to see the house looked fantastic. It smelled super clean and they really paid attention to the details. I paid to have them clean inside my fridge and my refrigerator looks fantastic and organized. They are very responsive although they did cost more money than my last Cleaning Service I think sometimes you get what you pay for. I’m very happy and will continue to use them.

I fixed up the floors at my grandmas apartment. There was construction dust everywhere so the plan was to get a professional cleaners to come clean the place before she moves back in. I wanted a company that had an appointment that day so I didn't need to drive back into the city and I settled for the first company that had an opening. I told the scheduler Justin of the construction project completed and there was dust everywhere so I needed a "deep clean" and for them to wipe everything. I was willing to pay more for the service since construction dust is fine and gets everywhere. They had an opening for 2pm and schedule me for approximately 6hrs of work and more could be done if cleaners deemed it necessary. I thought great.

1 bathroom was fully filled with stuff so they couldn't access it to clean it so I requested the inside of the cabinets to be wiped instead ( not all the dishes washed, just the cabinets wiped). Everyone said yes. I was quoted $350 for 6hrs of work/2 cleaners for 3hrs. I took off and had my cousin lock up the apartment and check their work when they claimed to be done. At 5pm, I get a text that the cleaners need more time. I approved it and was charged additional $ to total ~$400. I didn't have a problem if the place was going to be clean.
When my cousin came to check on their work after they left, he said the floors, walls and windows weren't done. I immediately text the company and we sent photos of uncleaned surfaces. They said they can come back for hit those spots but they don't do walls. Ugh fine...at least mop the entire floor and wipe the windows. I don't even consider this the deep clean, it's pretty standard to sweep and mop floors.
After several days of back and forth and only 30min heads up for the cleaning windows (which I couldn't get to) I finally get an appointment for Tuesday @5pm (after threatening non-payment).
My husband shows up early to wipe the walls and to stay and watch them clean all the spots they missed. Justin kept saying he was only going to touch up the spots in photos i sent even after I specified those photos show the entire floor was not done properly. Justin allotted the time and there is no expectation of any more costs from my end nor was anything discussed.
My husband walks behind them as they cleaned to check if the dust was gone and it was not so they spent much longer than they anticipated. Monica tried her hardest but was not given the proper tools or allotted time to clean properly. Their vacuum was subpar and not picking up the dust and they mopped by putting a microfiber cloth on a swiffer and spraying.
They leave not because the job was done to our satisfaction or to theirs but that they had another job booked at 7pm. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $150!!!!!
This appointment was for unsatisfactory work to begin with and without talking to the person on site to get permission or explain this is out of the scope of the "touch-up" when they approached that time/work and expects to just charge my card!!!!! Shotty work, terrible time management, terrible customer service, terrible scheduler, terrible service. This was not a deep clean, this was barely clean.

If you cannot clean up after a construction project, know that when booking the job!!!! It was stated many many times that there was construction dust and that's why I was specific about the deep clean and to have a PROFESSIONAL company come to do the work and not just clean it ourselves!!!! Not only is the service terrible, he threatens me with court. Fine!!! I saved the texts, I saved the yelp project I created stating the construction dust, I have not lied 1 time. I'm not scared of court!!!! I'm fighting this charge with my credit card for the additional charge. They're lucky Monica was so hard working or I'd dispute it all based on the work. My elderly grandmother cannot breathe all this shit in. Just ridiculous, go somewhere else, choose a different company. BEWARE!!!!!!

Very unsatisfied with services. Appointment booked for 10 am and they showed up at 11:37 am. ( after texting to say they would be there at 12) When staff arrived Staff they told me they were here for regular cleaning when I booked deep cleaning. Two ladies came. 1 in her 40 another one was very old in her 70 s. Could not walk fast. After I clarified that it was deep cleaning and they called their boss to confirm that’s when they went back to deep clean again area cleaned before. Waisted lots of time with the back and fourth. Then I got a text message that appointment was nearing its end at 2:20 pm. Then I called Justin who confirmed that’s when they send two persons It’s half of the time. So I was told 5 hours of deep cleaning but with 2 persons it’s actually 2.30 minutes. But my second Person was an elderly woman and of course they barely completed 1/2 of the work. Of course he offered for them to stay at an additional cost. Long story short stay away from them. And I was a first time customer. You would think they would try to WOW me to keep me as a customer. I can only imagine how it is with repeated customers. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I couldn’t be happier with the cleaning service I received from Crystal Breeze Cleaning. They did a flawless, top-to-bottom cleaning of my entire house and paid attention to every detail. The biggest challenge was the drywall dust that had covered nearly every surface, and they removed it completely. Every room looked spotless, fresh, and professionally cleaned when they were finished. They were extremely thorough and didn’t rush a single part of the job. The team was punctual, respectful, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They treated my home with care and pride, which I truly appreciated. I was beyond impressed with the quality of their work and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone who wants outstanding results and professional service.

Horrible service and owner/mangment does not care about service only money.

Their work is exceptional. The gardeners are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner designs and maintains such beautiful gardens. The yard transformation is amazing!

They suck at snow plowing. Watched them put snow in the street after it was plowed, as well as put snow on top of someone's car. Then they filled in all the available parking spots on the street with snow, that we dug out. Had to yell at them for throwing snow into the street. Stupid idiots. Stick to landscaping if you can't do snow removal. You make more work for everyone else.

We have been a subcontractor for conquell for many years. We have never had a payment issue or for that matter any issue at all. Just do what the job requires and you'll be fine.

Stay far away from this company.
Owner John does not pay his sub contractors. We did snow plowing for him as a sub. He refused to pay for plowing services we did for him last winter and says " good luck taking me to court" we have plowed snow for him for 3 years now each year it has taken longer and longer for him to pay. We are now in the legal and Lein process. To attempt to collect....

Company does NOT have auto insurance. Hits peoples car and can NOT provide people with auto insurance.

Called and asked if they provide residential service and was told yes. I informed the person i spoke to the service type I was looking for. She then proceeded to ask me what area i said Elmont she then said they don't service homes in Elmont. The main company office is in Elmont!??? Upon further Google search i see all the bad reviews so this was probably a blessing in disguise!

Great installation and maintenance. John installed shrubs and lawn in front and rear yard as well as artificial turf in the back yard that came out great. His team keeps everything trimmed nicely so years later it looks like it did when it was installed. Very professional company.
