I’ve used Broccolo’s lawn service for several years, and have been satisfied. This year I hired them for a major cleanup and re-landscaping of my yard, which had gotten sadly overgrown while I dealt with some health issues. The job was broken into several phases, so the completion stretched from late spring into early fall. An early phase was contracted out to another company, and there were a couple issues but I was pleased overall. One of Broccolo’s teams did the major cleanup, mulching, and installing plantings. The guys were very friendly and easy to work with. It’s not the detailed job I used to do for myself, but the overall results were very good and the place looks much better!
The final phase was installing some arborvitae and shrubs at the front corner as a visual barrier, and this is what I sent to Broccolo about the job: “ I just wanted to comment on what a great job Sean and Julio did! Sean was a complete joy to work with, always concerned to make sure I was happy with what was being done. They took great care with reshaping and smoothing out the existing, rather chunky berm, and were careful with the tree placement to get the right look. Everything looks so fresh and clean, it’s a pleasure to see. Sean is a great asset for Broccolo. Mike Gardner has also been a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I appreciate that he was always here at the start of each phase of my multi-step job, making sure the teams knew what needed to be done. He’s very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions during planning.”
Overall I’ve been satisfied with the work quality, and more than satisfied with the teams doing the work. I’ll definitely continue using Broccolo for my landscaping needs.

I only needed my lawn rolled and JVS did a wonderful job. They communicate promptly and are a great business to deal with. They are on my list of people to hire in the future. Highly recommend!

JVS Outdoor Services is amazing. They completely transformed our yard! Everything was so overgrown. JVS just came in and gave it a makeover. Everything was pruned, trimmed, mulched, and there wasn't a leaf in the yard. The yard has never looked this good! Even the neighbors commented and wanted their number. Being new to upstate New York we were not prepared for the snow. After 2 broken shovels we started calling places after this weeks storm. They called us back, fit us in their schedule and have happily signed on for the winter season. We will also be using them for our lawn and flowers this spring!

We hired JVS for a fall cleanup this year. The owner John was communicative and professional & his guys did a thorough job with the clean up. Very reasonable pricing too. Would certainly hire them again!

Anthony communicated ahead of time that he was coming out to treat our lawn. He treated our lawn and left the yellow tags so kids and neighbors were aware that the grass was treated

Jeffery was thorough & professional, beginning with a call to verify all lawn sprinklers were flagged and then he took time to do a great job aerating the lawn. I will definitely call foe service again.

Jeff is the type of technician every company needs. He is the type of technician that stops and actually listens to the customers concerns, unlike other companies were all they want to do is arrive lay down chemicals and leave.
When a company finds an employee that is professional, understanding and has a great amount of knowledge in what they are doing.
Retention of technicians of this caliber is a key.

Two guys were fertilizing in my neighborhood, both from Brockman. Both stopped to talk to me about what they were going to do in my yard. Both were very nice and explained everything. Great workers. They made sure my yard was completely covered. I highly recommend Brockman!

I had another company last year and they did a terrible job. Brockman has been great. Jeremy sends me a text before he comes out. Crab grass is gone thanks to Brockman!
