Excellent and very reliable! The guys are very polite as is the owner of the company. I have a three-story house and I'm very impressed with the quality of their work. Empire Gutter Cleaning is definitely a Five Star Company!

I would be very very leery of these folks! They were supposed to clear my gutters in Nov / early December and they did not show up, citing working conditions, etc.

My gutters remained full. Then, we had a gnarly winter and developed SEVERE ICE DAMS & ROOF LEAKS because our GUTTERS WERE NOT CLEARED. Their inability to show up, or guarantee that they would get it done, cost me $2800 in ice dam removal fees.

Further, they never even bothered to return my email to apologize for the massive financial inconvenience they caused me by their unaccountabily.

The empire team who came to our home, introduced their arrival at our front door, went to work promptly to clean our gutters, provided a report and review of the work done. They reported to us when the work was completed and were friendly and curteous of our property. We had a friendly conversation in our driveway before they left.

Empire gutter showed up within a week of my request for gutter cleaning. I happened to be there as they were finishing up. They were quick and efficient and left my property in good condition. They also re-hung a downspout that had detached from the gutter. I was happy with the work and the price was reasonable, so I signed up for scheduled gutter cleanings 2x per year. I definitely recommend Ray and his team.

Just had my gutters cleaned by two nice men. Easy to talk to, very polite. Simply put -- they were professional, friendly and engaging. Enjoy their updated website and over all processing system. This is the ONLY service to use.

Great service, great communication. They came and quickly cleaned my gutters in about an hr or so, including the detached garage. Cleaned up everything that fell on the driveway and surrounding area. I didn’t price shop much, but their price, I felt, was extremely reasonable. I will definitely have them come back in the fall when my 2 large mature trees drop their leaves. Worth every penny, don’t hesitate to work with this company.

The 2 cleaners that came were quick and professional. They made sure nothing was left on the ground around my house before they left and let me know the status of my gutters. Cost was reasonable and billing was easy. They now have a frequent customer! Thank you Empire Gutter!

They're very easy to work with! Communication about appointments via email is fast and frequent. Additionally, they communicate when they're on the way to do the job and they work efficiently. We signed up for service twice a year due to all the trees we have and the ease of doing business with them.

Professional, organized, and detailed. We are so happy with the service we decided to become members of the Ongoing Service Plan. This plan puts you on the service list for 2 scheduled cleanings per year, October and again in Early Spring (when you need them most). Even better, there is a discount in the cost of the service. It saves me having to remember to schedule an appointment and I save money! No contract or signing up for a package. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Great experience!! My gutters have not been cleaned in years,... just something I put up with,... have super high gutters, and wasn't sure if I could get anyone to come out and do the work, etc.

On a whim, I found Empire Gutter Cleaning via Google search, and took a chance. The booking process was super simple, and communication was done via email.

The prices were very reasonable, and I didn't have to be on site for the work to occur. We recently had a heavy down pour and so I was eagerly awaiting to see if my gutters had actually been cleaned, or just told they were cleaned, and charged.

Silence IS golden because gone are the days of water pouring over clogged gutter down spouts, splashing against my driveway. Instead, the beautiful sound of water flowing down clean down spouts is now heard! I will DEFINITELY use these guys again in the future!

I recently hired Empire Gutter Cleaning and could not be more pleased. The crew arrived as scheduled and cleaned not only the gutters but the entire roof of debris as well. In addition they washed the gutters and downspouts and removed all the mess from the ground. Beginning with the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff to the excellent work performance to the very reasonable price you can't beat Empire Gutter Cleaning!!!

Awful experience. There were leaves debri all over my flowers and they broke my flowers in half. My beautiful garden I worked so hard on is a complete mess now.

Empire Gutter has been cleaning our gutters for a number of years now. They are always thorough with the cleaning and we have never had any issues with water or ice backup as a result. You don't need to be home when they come, and they do not leave debris after they leave. Highly recommended.
