Cool Solutions HVAC Inc.

I hired Cool Solutions for an A/C unit move and they got it done correctly and fast - left nothing behind, no fuss. They're a solid choice if you need this service.

We've dealt with this company many times for HVAC work and consistently found them to be tidy and courteous. Their staff is reliable, making it easy to trust them for long-term maintenance services.

I'm compelled to share my disappointing experience with this company, as I've always tried to support local businesses. Unfortunately, their service fell woefully short of expectations.

The initial visit on a Wednesday was particularly disheartening - the technician arrived briefly, expressed uncertainty about fixing my unit, and needed to return with another specialist the following day. Over the next two days, I heard nothing, so I called to inquire about the status. A gentleman apologized profusely and offered a narrow window of time for Monday, but I was left waiting five days in sweltering heat.

When the scheduled appointment arrived on Monday at 2:30 PM, I was again let down - there was no contact from the technician or anyone else. When I called to check on the status, I was told that the original technician was supposedly running late and would arrive soon, but he never showed up. The lack of communication and follow-through was infuriating, and I wasted a significant amount of time waiting for service that never materialized.
