Things started off okay, the technician seemed knowledgeable and identified a problem with the coil unit inside. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. A key part was unexpectedly out of stock, which wasn't the company's fault. Despite repeated calls, I never heard back from the original representative who assured me they would follow up. When I explained my upstairs was extremely hot and needed some solutions, no one called. I ended up switching to another local company that's scheduled to visit on Monday. The experience was a waste of over $300.
