Came highly recommended from my cousin who previously hired Empire for a deep clean and reoccurring cleanings. The team that showed up for my deep clean didn’t disappoint. They moved furniture, cleaned closet shelves and moved appliances. Professional, efficient, thorough and super nice. I’ve also just set up biweekly cleaners going forward.

I must say that the service provided for a deep cleaning for my home was outstanding! I appreciate jennifer for her professionalism and dedication along with her team for helping with what i needed. Cleaning was phenomenal! A team of 3 showed up to my parent's home at 9:00am and stayed for about 6.5 hours for a deep clean. They got the job done -- went above and beyond. The team was also very respectful and careful with my parents' belongings. Communication was smooth, and the entire process was hassle-free. My parents were very happy with the service and felt that their home was much fresher and cleaner. We will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I recently used Jennifer and her crew to deep clean my aunt’s house to prep it for sale. They did a meticulous job cleaning the house. The cabinets, which were close to 50 years old, were immaculate. She pulled the appliances away from the wall and cleaned behind and underneath perfectly. Even the interior of the oven and refrigerators were spotless. I asked her to just tidy up the unfinished basement, but she went above and beyond; sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and washing the shelving and work bench. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and her team for any and all cleaning needs.

Empire Cleaning & Pro Services are by far the BEST Cleaning Service I have ever used. I know the highest rating is 5 Stars but they are definitely 10 Stars. I called late on a Saturday afternoon and the owner heard my situation, moved into a disgustingly dirty apartment. She kindly helped us and got an amazing team over to deep clean the apartment later that afternoon. The team was so wonderful and hard working. The apartment is actually sparkling now. And the owner to help as well.
